Of course the other good thing to remember is that the funds raised, are fully refundable from the Moroccan government. CLNs have always been looked upon by investors, as a no go area but they do come in different forms and this must be one of the better ones. As an example I was in Tern, when they took out a CLN agreement and it was a complete disaster from day one. In fact it was so bad the company had to stop it and replace it with a straightforward bucket shop loan.

Now that the worry over the Irish licences has been removed it is looking very rosy. I also am very happy to see that the price of WTI is giving a little back today and is still well over $64

to all, I suspect some background selling to cause such Sharpe drop. On the bright side WTI looking strong will it touch $65 today? You would not have bet on that at the turn of the year.
