Doesn't Business Asset Rollover Relief come into play if the proceeds of the sale into a new asset within 3 years to delay or offset corporation tax?

I would have thought no matter how good these vaccines are the problem lies with the pure logistics of getting the world's population vaccinated. If the BOD believe our product to be a non starter,it would be better to stop it,rather than piling millions of pounds into it Our cash pile will ensure new exciting prospects will soon be in the pipeline perhaps from our existing portfolio.

I have just listened to Doc Holidays podcast of the 15th and he was very scathing of RMS and his advice to Beaveheart was too sell as much as you can,if not all of your holdings and sit on a pile of cash .

I have no idea what they will do with the cash but I am convinced that a plan was conceived from the moment they decided to sell Pharma to RMS. I believe that something is stirring other than the Covid test in one of our other portfolio companies.

Iceman you are spot on,it would take years for us to get that sort of money out of RMS profits after tax. I sold out of Tern at 48p after buying at 2p during a huge ramp.At the time I received a lot of nasty private messages,now look at the SP

Regardless of the nasty stuff coming our way, I do feel for their shareholders after yet more selling by Mr Ryan. He obviously has no confidence in the long term for RMD
