Appreciate you have taken the time to post. They are thoughtful and thought provoking.
The facts remain that no contract information has been yielded from DL since Nov 2nd 2023 and Nov 29th 2023 when the company was in its TSP.
Dec 5th 2023 RNS
David Levi, CEO of Ethernity Networks, commented: "While we have had an extremely challenging year, particularly over the last three months, the team has been working tirelessly to release the UEP products with the required functionalities for our targeted customers. Together with our Fibre Access offering, which is targeting the US$50bn PON Market, and our 5G Open RAN data plane offload solutions, we are hopeful that 2024 will be a transformative year for Ethernity and, with our careful cost control on the reduced operating cost base, our goal is to generate positive cashflow."
As we approach the end of Q1 and the pending Apr 9th EGM I am, too, surprised that we have not seen at least one order and in fact more than one order for the differing markets ENET is involved on. Its time for DL to show his hand(s) or is he waiting ?
Personally I want to see the hand(s) and want the contract(s) revealed.
Finger thanks for the like.
I am a Hull person.
I am a supporter of Hull FC the rugby league team, and a Passholder
I follow Hull City the football team, as a Hull lad
I went out for lunch and had a pint, rugby league and more pints still to come tonight
Have a good weekend everyone
Chico, maybe if you followed my threads so will see that I am relatively new to Ethernity Networks, as shareholder as opposed to a trader. The area of the telecoms is very complex and jargon orientated and takes a while to get your head around it . Just look at the website! I do try to understand it and over a period of time I have come to understand ENET better and the world the business exists in. I still have things that I so not fully appreciate. Very little was posted previously by way of research but when the SP rises the number of one line trader posts will increase dramatically. I certainly have come to learn the importance of Tarana Wireless to the revenue of ENET and now hope the PON technology will add new business and revenue, particularly with the new appointments.
Chico try doing some research because I would certainly appreciate it.
Chico, in my case it called "Being Retired" and having the ability to do what I want to do without work restraints.
Going out for lunch and a pint today, watching Hull FC Reserves 7pm KO and the pub afterwards.... and I will still wake up early morning !
I do enjoy researching and passing on info for those who maybe don't have the time and it keeps my mind active.

For the record ...I am in no "relationship" with anyone on this board, so please dismiss that idea.
I am a loner here.
Thank you

Thank you for your response.
I suppose it is fair to say the differences in opinion lie in our time of being shareholders.
I am half glass full whereas I believe you are now half glass empty but was not previously, with DL and ENET.
Your responses are thought provoking, for me .
Ilan Tevet posted recently ..... full feedback is below in the first link
"This is where Ethernity Networks (ENET) comes in. Their experience in Carrier Ethernet, xPON, and system-on-chip components positions them perfectly. They can provide cutting-edge solutions for both fixed wireless vendors and ISPs looking to embrace the hybrid model. ENET’s leadership in switching and xPON technologies allows them to tailor cost-effective solutions for diverse deployment scenarios. No matter the specific needs of a rural community, they can offer a solution that leverages the strengths of both fiber and wireless, including support for wireless transmission over xPON to allow extension of wireless antenna closer to the customer . What truly excites me is ENET’s OEM-focused business model. This collaborative approach ensures a smooth transition for vendors, ultimately benefiting rural communities by accelerating their access to high-speed internet."
"The BEAD program and the rise of xPON represent a $42 billion market opportunity. ENET’s commitment to a fiber-wireless future, combined with their expertise and partnerships, positions them as a frontrunner. As rural communities embrace the hybrid model, ENET is poised to be a trusted partner, bridging the digital divide and unlocking a brighter future for all" .

As previously said, understand your frustration with ENET and the non acceptance of past promises as a LTH.
Pleasing to read that are still a shareholder, though not a happy one because of the past experiences.
Not being a LTH I am here to realise a re-build in the company and will give the new BOD my support.
I have had to move on from losses.
Better hope, Skid, for the this year.
I am confident its the others lol

From the 50p ish SP of Apr 2021 it is fair to say and observe that the SP has dropped to the value of today @0.78p... drastic change but I also look at many other AIM companies who have also experienced big drops. I too have lost money but walk away from the loss and try to rebuild. There have many reasons companies have dropped which include major world changes and events, with knock on effects. One of my rebuilds is ENET, which may I add, that I too am down in, at present. Optimistically, with the NEW BOD and the rapidly progressive broadband world then ENET has a part to play and can build from these levels to higher ones.
Are you still a shareholder in ENET?
From August 31st RNS
Strategy update
Ethernity's Passive Optical Network ("PON") controller technology can be used in different broadband network configurations and platforms including in fiber-to-the-premises ("FTTP"), fiber-to-the-building ("FTTB") and fiber-to-the-home/fiber-to-the-room ("FTTH"/"FTTR") (together, "FTTx"). This provides Ethernity with the opportunity to offer its PON solutions for a variety of different scenarios.
There is significant global investment in improving fiber connectivity, particularly in the EU, USA and India. FTTH Council Europe has estimated that by 2027 approximately 300 million homes will be connected to fiber. In the USA, $42.5 billion has been allocated to investment in broadband infrastructure projects pursuant to the "Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program". With certain of those territories banning the use of products manufactured by Chinese system vendors, this has provided the opportunity for new vendors to enter the market.
Ethernity's go to market strategy is to provide an alternative source of PON technology for system vendors, by offering the Company's PON controller both on Field Programmable Gate Arrays ("FPGAs") and in application specific integrated circuits ("ASICs"), whilst combining its PON technology and flow processor switch technology onto a single ASIC, thereby delivering a complete Optical Line Terminal ("OLT") on a chip.
The Company's customized PON solution on FPGAs will be offered on a licensing model which, the Directors believe, will provide a more cost-effective solution to prospective customers for certain PON applications, compared to the existing devices in the market. ASIC sales are expected to represent a larger portion of the total addressable market and will be targeted on a revenue sharing model with ASIC vendors. This new revenue sharing model, which the Company has already begun to discuss with certain customers, should improve the Company's gross margin compared to its existing product sales and would allow Ethernity to target larger scale PON platform contracts.
The strategy, pre TSP, embeds itself with the OUTLOOK for 2024 posted earlier today. The customers who supported Ethernity Networks through the TSP process were invaluable and need ENETs's products and customer support. The creditors understood the ENET business plan and had the confidence to support the company with the phased payback.
The confidence remains, for me .
and as David Levi posted in that Aug 31st RNS :
"With the PON licensing model that we are implementing, we anticipate that we will be able to generate positive cash flow from operations and build a profitable and growing business."
I am with him.
SAND
Thanks for your research and in the grand scheme of things the timing is reasonable, as you say, taking all legal matters and suggestions into play. We can live with it.
In the meantime we wait and hope that real beneficial company work comes to fruition, some of which, if materially changing, gets reported.
Fred
Could you be more specific on the timings under Israel Law and where to find on the website.
Asking for a friend who thinks you could post the answer here.
It will save time if you do the research and inform us all.
Thank you and thank you from my friend.
As Q1 draws to a close this reflection uses info from Dec 5th RNS.
WISPAmerica24 and Ilan Tevet's feedback supports the views in the outlook for 2024..... HYBRID TECHNOLOY is the way forward via the BEAD $42.5 B program in the US. ENET has its feet into wireless and optical fibre wired systems .
Tarana Wireless, with G1, is a feeder into the revenue pot though they are now not mentioned by name.
The additions to the BOD to create a freshness and new impetus are welcomed and I expect impact from them.
New business I am sure is/will be arriving for the Universal Edge Platform products.
2024 Outlook
Subject to successfully exiting the TSP (WHICH THE COMPANY HAS WHCH IN ITSELF IS AN ACHIEVEMENT.....thats me ! )the Company's strategic focus for 2024 will be on enhancing sales of its Universal Edge Platform ("UEP") fibre access offering, including the low power remote OLT and optical interworking units, as well as its 5G Open RAN data plane offload solutions. These solutions are based on Ethernity's networking semiconductor technology that enables it to provide a differentiated and innovative offering to its customers. The Board considers that these growing markets offer significant growth potential for Ethernity.
The Company's UEP employs the ENET Flow Processor firmware with best-in-class Carrier Ethernet Switch technology that, to date, has been deployed in more than 950,000 different systems. The global market for Carrier Ethernet Access devices was estimated to be valued at US$17.2 billion in 2022 and several OEMs are currently evaluating the Company's UEP. The UEP is available to potential customers either through licensing of the Company's IP or via sales of complete systems, including software applications up to an eASIC offering. While the majority of the ongoing discussions with OEMs for Ethernity's UEP are in the field of support for wireless link bonding, certain potential opportunities are targeting general purpose Carrier Ethernet Switch appliances, which include other unique monitoring and AI differentiated networking functions. Ethernity is able to provide a differentiated and cost-effective offering to its clients due to the Company's proprietary IP and technology.
We await further updates including the next financial status.
1. 21 clear days is the norm for an EGM though 14 days can be given providing certain conditions are needed to be met.
2. One suggestion given to me was that the conferences that ENET Board members have attended in Louisiana and this week in Berlin have impinged on their time -.
3. A second suggestion, as with the feedback from Louisiana they want to provide feedback from Berlin.
4. A third suggestion was that additional good news could be planned.
But yes a long time from March 1st announcement to April 9th at 9am UK time

Just looked briefly. Thought the SP tumbled yesterday the growth last year was constant and over 5k employees.
They seem to be more involved with computers rather than broadband.
Is it a fair comparison ? or are you suggesting that ENET change direction ?
Not having your background knowledge could you please respond further?
