Bkiwik...cheers for your comments :-) as for Oriole ,its one of those smallcaps that has a real chance of hitting the bigtime,they have been quietly building a tasty portfolio of assets and are now attracting partners to fund the bulk of exploration costs.The deal with BCM means they will get three monthly payments of US$300.000 ...the first tranche was paid yesterday.And then a further $300.000 for the drill at MBE01-N programme.

Oriole Resources PLC (AIM:ORR) has confirmed that BCM International has now earned a 50% beneficial interest in the Bibemi gold project after the company received the first US$300,000 tranche under a previously announced earn-in arrangement.

Oriole said administrative work to establish the joint venture structure is now underway, including drafting the joint venture agreement.

Chief executive Martin Rosser said: "We would like to thank BCM for its unstinting management support and essential funding during the earn-in period, which has resulted in it reaching its 50% beneficial interest."

Rosser added that the company expects to advance project work with BCM during the joint venture phase, noting ongoing preparations for exploitation licence negotiations with the Cameroon Government.The completion agreement commits BCM to three US$300,000 monthly payments and a further US$300,000 contribution to drilling at the MB01-N programme.

There is a bill currently going through the US Senate in advanced finance commitee stages that will offer tax incentives to US based Helium producers. I believe its Senate File 2530 and should be concluded before end of year ,which is great timing once again for QHE.

Quantum management will be well aware of the huge benefit of this and in term s of future dividends

Yes they are likely to release some info as they go and before the drill concludes,and i have to say all the signs so far are very good on Bibemi being a "company making asset" .So much to like here and being able to buy below recent non - discounted placing is a gift imvho

Goldgeezer,i have seen many dirty bottoms in my time but this is a very clean one :-) the current drill will go along way to prove up the resource is multiple zoned and just what the big miners like to invest in. Oriole could have a very nice end to the year with some real momentum building.

By any measure Bibemi looks very decent :-) we seem to have a 5m block buyer now active again like yesterday

This could be the last day there is opportunity to buy at a discount ahead of the Sproule Report ,might see some very large delayed buys pop up before the close IMO

Dave ,when the newsflow starts shortly this will be hard to hold back,demand on the shares could go "off the scale" compared to anything we have seen so far.The helium assets they have obtained are quite rightly described as "world class" for a reason,i think QHE management have pulled off quite a Coup in obtaining them.And from the indications i have seen there is a great chance of a very high ROi on the assets :-)

Looking at some of the figures in the Greenwood report - The company's flagship Mbe project has a JORC Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) of 870,000oz at 1.09g/t Au for the MB01-S zone, and an Exploration Target range of 15Mt to 20Mt at a grade of 0.77g/t to 0.94g/t Au for 370,000oz to 605,000oz contained gold for the MB01-N zone. The company also reported a Resource of 460,000oz contained gold at 2.06g/t Au in the JORC Indicated and Inferred categories at its 90% owned Bibemi project. At the Senala gold project, AGEM has completed a six-year earn-in by spending US$5.8 million. The Senala project has a Resource of 155,000oz contained gold at 1.26g/t Au in the JORC Inferred category for the Faré South prospect, and an Exploration Target range of 17Mt to 24Mt at a grade of 0.69g/t to 0.84g/t Au for 380,000oz to 650,000oz contained gold for all prospects at Senala.

I still say the company gave a huge clue that the Sproule report is very much imminent with the release of the "shares for fees " Rns,,,the Sproule report could drop anytime in the next 3 trading sessions in my opinion.Quantum management very much want to maintain momentum and rightly so.

Yes i did read up on Senegal and i like it :-) so many things going on at Oriole and i can see the buyout and also some very valuable JV,s coming.

I should also say i consider Oriole to tick another of my boxes ,which is the possible chance of a future takeover or buyout,many years ago i held a small gold explorer / miner with much the same situation we have here with ORR and i did very nicely on it.

Goldgeezer, lets just say a decent amount :-) like i said i think buying below the recent placing at 0.24p seems a no brainer for a current fully funded drill campaign.Might start to see Oriole attract some value investors at these lows.

Lloydy...an interesting take on the current situation,only a few days till we find out,even though there is thanksgiving in US it does not mean they will not put some news out if they wanted,the Nomad and broker will still be working ??

Time to take another look at Oriole - they appear to be on the right track at last and seem to be sitting on some very high value assets,might be tempted to go fairly large on this.Buying below the recent 0.24p appears to be a no brainer with BCM INVOLVEMENT and the fully funded drill.

In my opinion they would not have put this RNS out today on the fees in shares instead of cash if the eagerly awaited update by Sproule was not too far behind ( remember the management themselves speak of "momentum" ) So i would not be suprised if its coming very very soon. We are at the start of a very interesting period here where we see the building of a large company IMVHO
