Stebo,great post at 10.09am ,very much in agreement with you ,like i said before Harry will be looking to back up the RNS yesterday with the real game changer RNS and i think it will drop anytime ( i believe Kefi are now controlling the timelines ) . Adding on these lows :-)

For those that are un-aware,ethiopia is more stable now than ever before in its history - that is why they have been welcomed into the international banking system and why projects like TK are now happening. Kefi is in prime position to be a significant regional Gold producer,and its now happening DYOR

Stebo,the point both me and MF were making is that there is a huge valuation mis-match at Kefi currently,as the market wakes up to reality that value gap has to close otherwise the market hands free money to people (and that rarely happens ) . I should also point out that TK is just one of Kefi investments and further large high ROI projects can be funded from TK revenues. Harry will back up yesterdays news with a significant RNS shortly IMVHO he knows how to play the game now.

MF, if the Gold price stays around current levels there is plenty of headroom for the type of dividend payouts we are both suggesting ,i compare this to another cracker of a Gold play i hold ( PAF .. which i bought shedloads at 4p ...now over 150p and provided me with steady large divis ) i can see Kefi doing something of a re-run of this orbeit on a smaller scale.

MF, maybe we are both on the same page as regards future dividends,i still think an average of 12% - 15% over 7 years is likely and realistic ,also note that even Edison use a discounted valuation.My opinion is this could be one of the best income stocks to hold from these levels - capital growth of 350% and dividends of 80% will take some matching ( if you can find better opportunity ) . Kefi is finally in business !

MF, i should add that if Gold maintains its current price level over the first 3 years the company may return a notably higher dividend than what i previously suggested ( i prefer to be conservative with my forecasts to avoid sounding rampy ) .The forecast revenues are also a tad on the conservative side,in reality they could be notably higher too.

MF, i am basing that on the forecast revenues over the initial 7 years ( and using a 30% discount ) and for someone invested now at say 2p average share purchase. The real figure could be significanty higher if Gold stays at or around current levels.If Gold increased another 25% as some forecasters suggest you can see even my low estimate is way off ( the gains will be huge ) . This is my own opinion

I am expecting a follow up RNS today or tomorrow on the final part of the financial sign off ,the president would not be attending a ceremony for something that is weeks away - its happening right now IMVHO

It should be a great few weeks ahead of steady gains as the market starts to factor in this project is happening ,and the likely prospect of 7 years of dividends of between 12% - 15% Pa ...Kefi could be one of the best small to medium gold investments seen for many years on the London markets.

Ferry,if you have level 2 watch the open auction tomorrow,there will be a few around at 2.2p but limited,it could have a spectacular next few weeks of daily significant gains as kefi gets an equal rating to its partners.

Watch out for more RNS this week imvho ,why was the President there today ??
