CT,if you are looking at potential takeover prices i suggest you start at something like 3 x future cashflow from TK then add 15 % to 30% for the rest of the assets...so even this lowball offer will be over a 12 bagger.Like you say i doubt shareholders would entertain anything much below this...we are in for a really nice few weeks ahead here as the syndicate gets fully signed off :-)

Something to consider - as we are about to see some of the worlds largest miners seek entry into Ethiopia it means Kefi assets in Ethiopia will be viewed as Tier 1 by these companies,when you accompany this with Kefi,s unique trusted position in the country i think its clear that both our assets and expertise in the country will be in high demand.This is why Kefi has the real chance of being a portfolio maker for investors,these current low valuations will not be around for long IMVHO

NickE,your 6am post recommended ! to add to your post we need to also consider the great relationship we have with our partner the Ethiopian government and also the local tribes.Kefi have literally played a blinder by forming and crafting those relationships over many years and the company have the respect of the afforementioned parties. It is no mistake to say that Kefi could not be in a better position right now in Ethiopia and for a company of our size to be in such an enviable position largely goes down to Harry and the team having the patience and staying power.

Very very soon the biggest miners in the world will be pouring into Ethiopia and Kefi will be their partner of choice for any major new projects being planned and even for a joint venture with some of our key assets...the value of TK will rise rapidly as these big miners enter the market and discover that Kefi could be the key that unlocks entry into the country for them.

We have some genuinely exciting times upon us !! the shareprice will react accordingly when Kefi put out the next update imvho

KG, the mm,s have played a blinder supplying someone at mates rates the last session and a half,i suspect we will spring fourth sharply next week even before the RNS lands.This time next week we could be comfortably over 3p and testing the 4p levels IMVHO

Yes this means that Kefi are in control of things now,all will be revealed in the next RNS but i suggest we have some very nice suprises on the near horizon :-)

One thing many may have missed in the interview also was the clear sense that Harry has given that Kefi are now in control of events,hence why they are finessing the final pieces of the jigsaw which probably involves some local rich investors...that have influence over some of the tribes and their leaders.

Harry said himself that he has managed to assemble the syndicate with minimal use of the stock market - that is why Kefi have retained a massive percentage in the project and will soon be in an amazing position to reap huge rewards,as shareholders we must acknowledge the work he has put in over many years and largely against a backdrop of difficult conditions.

Could we be trading in the 3p to 4p levels in the next week or two ? absolutely we can the value gap has to close or the market is giving away free money and that rarely happens in modern markets. ADDING !

Just seen the Harry interview :-) he has the look of a man that has finally won the lottery after many years of trying ! now we begin the real start of the building of a mid tier Gold producer and he hinted that some exciting news is literally just around the corner ...well done Harry and fair play to you for seeing this project through when many others would have given up.

Look at the projected project ROI,s ,quite simply i have seen no better opportunity on the London markets for over ten years,very exciting times are upon us .

Simms,post recommended - absolutely yes Kefi will be a juicy prize for one of the big boy miners and any offer will be at many many multiples of the current market cap.Its game on here now on all fronts and that includes a potential T/O

Simms,the sooner that Kefi can get rid of SP Angel and Tavira the better,they have done absolutely nothing but harm to the company over many years in my opinion and as we now become a significant regional producer we have to shed these clowns and appoint advisors and nomads that know what they are doing and have sector expertise.

If Kefi hit the production numbers forecast at TK and the market gives a modest PE Ratio of only 3 ( industry average 10 ) we should see a steady shareprice over 28p as we commence production...dividend income will be very high over the ten years too :-)

Harry and Kefi should be commended on getting TK over the line,the shareprice will react accordingly as it becomes clear that Kefi is trading at a ridiculous discount to its peers...personally i will be adding big until 3.2p

As i understand it the ESCROW process takes 3 days ...the funds should be cleared today hence my forecast of an RNS later today :-)

I can see a re-run of PAF here,steady and high growth in shareprice and steady large dividends in future :-)

DVh,remember the guy from Chancery let slip some important info yesterday in the video - he said Kefi got the deal over the line which can only mean the final $20m needed for the syndicate is in the bag and its all systems go from here...the president and prime minister would not be attending a ceremony for something that is way off in time (its happening right now ) there should be some delicious RNS about to land to confirm everything IMVHO

Harry is no fool he knows how to play the markets now,he will drop a juicy RNS very soon imvho

Kefi is now in business and dramatically undervalued compared to its peers,one of the best junior / midcap Gold opportunities around at moment and why many are putting in tax free wrappers :-) adding more on the lows - happy days !

Stebo, this official announcement will be significant when it comes because it means Kefi really are in business and the syndicate is complete,where will be SP be by this time next week ? i suggest we will be knocking on 2.5p to 2.7p region .
