SpN, great point about the royalties...yes this is post production,makes me wonder even more if Chancery are involved with this additional $20m somehow or helping to arrange with Kefi.

DvH,i think the thing to note is that it was shortly after the agreement with Chancery was signed that TK went into full project launch,so it makes me wonder if Chancery are also involved with that further additional $20m somehow,but the company have stated today they already have "more than enough" for project development...so perhaps this additional funding might be for the speeding up of production further down the line...just my thoughts.

Either way,what we cannot ignore is a potential $4Bn + revenue to Kefi from an initial ten year production run at Tulu Kapi,and currently we are valued at less than half of just one years projected revenue.And we have the real prospect of sector leading dividends over a number of years.

KG, No its is additional contingency funding ,the company have clearly stated they have "more than enough" for project development already,it is stated in the RNS today.I think this additional $20m is for additional headroom only and might involve some local involvement instead of the muted "bonds" .

Whichever it is does not matter because the project is already funded and the finance is flowing already ( as per the RNS today )

KG, what i said was the original funding arrangements were for $240m, and then expanded later by nearly $100m to provide lots of headroom in their project development plans.the company said this morning that " all the Project physical activities and associated financing arrangements are flowing in accordance with the schedule for first gold pour in early 2028" . It is very clear and for perhaps the first time Kefi have also stated that " As regards the full Project financing package, it remains the case that the Company has more than enough capital on offer for the Project development".

Today Kefi have confirmed in straightforward terms that they are all systems go and everything is on schedule :-) is this additional $20m of funding something involving local Ethiopian money instead of raising the structured bonds ?? makes sense .

KG, also remember our Chairman won a prestigious "African leadership award" last week,which i think was the first ever award to an overseas Business person. So not only does our flagship TK project have prestige now,but also our Chairman now has the same accolades,and well deserved too in my opinion.

It could not any clearer - Kefi have said today "We are in business " .

Vaulted, yes the RNS is very very clear today that Kefi is already accessing the loan facilities and all the relevant contractors across the whole project are being engaged and utilised ( roads,housing,power,bulk earthworks and process plant & infrastructure ) . It is nice to get such a clear statement today that we are actually on-schedule for once !

Yes they are able to pay back all debt within the first year if they choose,this is actually remarkable and another reason why i forecasted Kefi to make the gains in multiples of current SP. That $20m that many have been discussing is additional funding,and the company made clear today they already have more than enough funds than required ( the original plan was for around $240m ) . Future dividends here could and should be sector leading for many years once they start the payments to shareholders IMVHO

SpN, yes its very clear in the RNS,the loan facilities are already being executed and all of the relevant contractors are being mobilised across the whole project.We have to remember this $20m referred to is additional to actual requirements and is most likely some sort of local Ethiopian money that they want in to keep a high level of "goodwill" in the project. (Just my hunch).

What an opportunity we before us !! they are forecasting $400M + Per Annum revenue on at least a 10 year initial operation,thats revenue of around $4Bn to Kefi just on this one project.Current market cap is less than half of one years projected revenue ! that is why i suggested last week that Kefi will be one of the highest gaining Gold miners in 2026 , 2027 and 2028 for starters.

Nice RNS TODAY,it confirms everything is ontrack and on schedule,contractors are being mobilised across the whole project now ,and Kefi have also confirmed they have "more than enough" finance on offer for the project.

Key comments - note the term "many of the agreements have been executed including loan facilities" so this means there is no delays the project is up and running and on schedule and not being delayed by finance as some on this bb suggest.

We are also pleased that the full package of interdependent Project agreements has been finalised and many of the agreements have been executed, including the loan facilities. The remainder are expected to be executed in the next few weeks as the broader Project syndicate members' respective compliance procedures are completed, including tasks such as notarisation where required in the various international jurisdictions.

As regards the full Project financing package, it remains the case that the Company has more than enough capital on offer for the Project development for which commitments have been received for US$310 million of the US$330 million approved budget as at 1 January 2026. The Company is making good progress finalising the remaining finance components.

Yes this is the kind of opportunity that rarely comes around these days,as i said yesterday find me another Gold miner soon to be in production that is trading at less than half of one years projected revenue,on a project that is forecast to produce revenue around $4Bn over the initial ten year run.Then add in some other tasty assets that currently have no market valuation whatsoever in terms of the Multi-mineral KONSO licence,and the Saudi assets.

This must be the biggest and juiciest T/O target currently in this sector,and i might add also the partner of choice for the worlds biggest miners that are currently seeking entry into Ethiopia and Saudi.

Will we get that RNS before close tomorrow ? i think the chances are high

Yes its a formality,we need to keep in our minds this first project at TK could provide 10 years of $400m+ estimated revenue Per Annum ,this equates to around $4 Bn dollars into Kefi coffers.At present we are valued at less than half of one years projected revenue,and we also have another tasty licence in KONSO which is multi-mineral including Lithium and Tantalum,and not forgetting Saudi assets which could turn into a valuable play if a big partner comes in.

With GOLD on a huge bullrun,how long can Kefi stay at these low levels ?? not too much longer i predict

That RNS can land at any moment IMO,we know the "finessing" is only on a small part of the package.

The broker warrants have been the biggest constraint on these shares thus far - once cleared i expect us to move and move BIG.

Is there another soon to be Gold Producer trading at less than half its first year projected revenue ? Is there another company with forecast 10 years of $400m+ revenue trading so lowly ? When this re-rates it is going to be a wonderful ride. Remember Kefi also have other valuable assets that currently have no market valuation and they have preferred status in Ethiopia on new licence awards as per Edison yesterday.

Our Chairman has just won a prestigious award for African Leadership,and from what i see this award has never been won by a foreign businessman before,we can see where we are heading IMVHO

It looks to me that those pesky broker warrants have finally cleared,we might see a sharp reversal soon IMO

I believe this is the first time this award has been given to a foreign business person,so this award to HARRY is quite some achievement and gives Kefi a high status in the region.When Harry is in negotiations with larger corporations this Kudos will carry some weight in my opinion and helps to give our company some excellent overall status in these times of Serendipity :-)

Just seen a delayed 1.4m buy @ 1.74p from 08.59am just pop up - more rates order filling ahead of the RNS ??

I would be very suprised if we do not get that key RNS this week,from what i sensed in the latest video from our Chairman is that the ref to "finessing" is possibly and likely just some tweaks that Kefi have done themselves and are now in control of the process.

We need to remember that Kefi are still 85% full owners of a multi-billion project in Ethiopia and have assembled a very impressive syndicate, forecast revenues of near to $400m Pa for a minimum of 10 years and a real prospect of sector leading dividends over many years. To put in context our current market cap here is less than half of just one years projected revenue at TK,and also Kefi have some other serious assets that could in the future dwarf our flagship TK project,and these assets currently have no market valuation whatsoever.

In my opinion Kefi will be the highest gaining Gold miner in 2026 and for the following 3- 5 years.
