Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
A classic pump and dump ahead of results. Opportunity to sell today before the inevitable fall tomorrow. Seen it many times before and I believe there will be no exception here.

c.26 buys or thereabouts is hardly 'buys pouring in'. Volumes are low, but SP is definitely moving in the right direction for now. News flow tends to reverse this for some reason, so lets hope there isn't any in the short-term.

This is pretty much a standard notification / text to progress this matter through the general meeting / high court etc. Seen this many times before with other public companies.
I would not read into the dividend piece too much - this is general text. The intention is to buy back shares with the funds imo and not pay a dividend, at least for now. Don't get too excited about this, thinking you are going to get some money here - you are not.
But its definitely a good move and I would support this as a PI.

Stas20 - it does seem overdone. But to be fair, buyers right now will not be getting 7.68%. Not until ex-divi ends and only if they remain shareholders until the following ex-divi date in January. They will get 0%.

G_G_G, I'm sure if you just waited patiently for news on fcf vs.dividend plans for 2023, your prayers will be answered. We all know there will be news in December about this including capital development news and there is nothing you can do between now & then to make your dividend increase wishes come true. Going on about it isn't helping imo.

HVO comes with baggage, as YK mentioned in his closing remarks on the Capital Markets Day - there was agreement in the room with this comment.
IMO, CF is the baggage and if he were to step down as Chairman, more IIs will come on board, the broker write-ups will be better and HVO will flourish and the SP also will too.
