I think it is mostly delays in getting the factory to full production and with the reverse takeover. Back in October time it was sounding like everything would be in place by end if Jan to me.

Combined with some CLN which people do not like seeing, which they are using as short term funding to cover the delays

I think that is all it is anyway and hope it will bounce big time as news comes in. Company still saying Q1 for now but I have a gut feeling things are going to slip into Q2 - market does not like a bit of uncertainty and perceived delays

People who are already in have no interest in selling at this time.

People who want to buy in/buy more will wait till 21st after the new shares get added as it may drop a bit due to the dilution.

this can often result in some upward movement, current sp 47p so it may move up towards the offer price approx 62p

mms will likely gap it up, the question is how much will it open at and will there be any profit/wiggle room? will it rise over several days - or will it just gap up and then drift straight back down - could be worth watching and the money from the greece sell off should be due soon too so possible some further uplift to come from the current long time lows???
