ISA. Agree entirely. If The FCA were truly opposed to this they'd be all over it and be making representations in court, and before. I think that if a 'carrot' becomes available, The FCA will take it. It justifies their being, they'll appear to have 'made a difference', and the judge will bring matters to a speedy conclusion. Based on your commentary I am comfortably optimistic for the outcome.

I think you'll find that the majority of the 'negativity' here is directed not towards the company, but to the wild unsubstantiated, as yet unfilled, hyper inflated suggestions of gold on the nearing beaches, and to the rebuttal of the same. I'm invested here, comment good or bad doesn't sway me. I'm not interested in hearing about peoples TVs or breakfasts, or the semi obsessive droolings of an old man over a non existent seaweed clad woman. I don't want to hear anyone's, it seems, in depth knowledge of holding hands in latrines. Instead I want to come here, read comment about the stock and not have to endure foul language, playground style bullying directed towards anyone who doesn't fall into the euphoric hailing of the 'Wealthmaker'. If someone says the share is worth £3.50 it's an opinion and accepted. If someone says it's worth 35p that's an opinion too. All we've heard for weeks is 'Wait until the FSP concludes, then you'll see....' Well? Why can't people just accept what in most cases are genuine opinions, high or low. If there's a few 'baddies' about, just ignore them. We're all going to make a few quid anytime soon and yet continually all you do is bicker, bully, mock and ridicule. It's pitiful.
