Pleased that Gervaise gave a direct answer about lab delays etc but I wonder if Gervaise gently dodged the question about the AEM report today while shuffling the questions around in front of him.

Before we secured the 5% which was up for grabs

Before securing $200 million banks credit note.

Before Mark Barnaba, Elizabeth Gains, Paul Hallam and Jimmy Wilson joined the board.

So considering all the above derisking, at 34 pence back in 2020 tell me why was it a strong buy then and now at 6.8 pence it’s oblivion

One of the more interesting challenges which we are trying to document in a way that is relevant and useful to de risking other facilities and to design of new mine plans was a re-entry flow sheet that did not account for  the differences in host geology between chalcolite (former major soil classification of open pit resources ) and chalcopryrite, major soil classifcation in the DEEPs, the block caving resource classification. Additionally stability of old open pit slopes at the main dome was not fully pre studied and planned nor the effect of clays in both resources.

Loftmonkey Keep up. Surface diamond core drilling is expensive. Why drill through 420m of post-mineralisation Permian cover when in a few months they’ll be on top of the orebody. They’ve already stated growth drilling will take place from underground as in the case of Tanami , Cadia et al 🙄🙄🙄. DYOR

Dear Sarah, some midnight reading for you on Telfer aquifers back in 2002/2003. I could be wrong but I suspect they were dealt with as Telfer delivered 300+Au ounces last year.
