My point of view is that if you had Havieron on one hand with a Jorc compliant 8.4 million ounce Au equivalent (accepting it’s not all in the reserve Category) and Scallywag on the other hand with zero resource so far, why would Newmont want to offload Havieron and retain the rights of first refusal on Scallywag and then sell the only processing plant within miles?

Now the Aquifer- please provide your understanding why the aquifer is no longer an issue.

MH01 is absolutely correct in that the contract for the Byrnecut mining company is with Newmont not GGP and therefore the decline cannot be restarted without NEM approval. A few of the guys that worked the decline that I followed are still on extended garden leave.

I told both HL and II very specifically which shares and number of I wanted transferring to try and minimise errors. I was told the transfer would take between 4 to 6 weeks. In reality it was done in 3 weeks. II we’re excellent in communication sending me emails on every step. Better still it didn’t cost a penny.

HL provides virtually no access to Australian stocks. I emailed them a few years back when interested in buying Antipa and De Grey shares. They said they had no intention of listing ASX stocks in the foreseeable future. This tax year I transferred my HL trading account to interactive investor and haven’t found a stock yet that I could not purchase. Also they provide a “Bed and ISA” where by they sell your shares in your trading account and then immediately repurchase for your ISA avoiding stamp duty. I lost about £39 value in shares @7.5 pence but at least for now my gains will be tax free.

I visited the board last night responding to Nine. I agree with Dip, I have the right to challenge disinformation.
