As for me being quiet and not post at times I try to give the SP and what Jason is doing the benefit of doubt but when he is late and fails I call him up on it. Simples.

Manganese deliveries in April it now nearly middle of June. Late. Again failure.

Unlike praising him I want to call him out and make him accountable. Not say how awesome he is and how hard he works. He works hard because he has so many appointments and is failing at all of them and for all his failures he is getting paid between all roles about £500k.
