Good on you Jonny. If it gets passed how long will it take to sell 125 million share into the market for the price to go up. Everytime the price it’s 4.5p there will be sells. I think fooler will need to raise again before they will be cleared. 1p a share anyone.

You said you’re p..sed off but didn’t mention that you are slightly deluded if you think fooler is going to be different in the future. The only difference anytime he wants a top up he can get it at any price he wants. He needed over a million a year to keep the lights on, saving 0.3 million a year isn’t going to stop him throwing more shares around like confetti. And in future there will be lots more shares having to be thrown into the market.

Is it possible that pasty Pete can get the share up to a billion in 5 years or do we think sooner.

The way he has run this company for the last 8 years we should be voting him and his family out not giving him the nod to raise money at whatever price he wants.

You often wonder how fooler keeps getting away with it and then you see some investors are going to give pasty Pete the go ahead to raise whatever he wants and whatever price he wants.

He stated he will save 0.3 million a year by getting rid of the debt. His cash burn is way past that so in another year when he wants to raise again, what price. 2p how long until he does one under 1p. The man is a liar.

We was making a profit earlier this year, where has it gone.

If he was changing nominal to 4p maybe but not to 0.1p.

The problem here is if anyone said what the think of pasty Pete they were jumped on for trying to get the price lower. No one has to try to do that as Mr this is my company and I will do as I please thinks this company is worth how much? That’s right not two pound a share but four pence a share!

Any guesses? That’s right one English penny. So ask yourself where is the price going if he gets the nominal price to point one pence.

I think pf only comes out of his office when he needs money to pay his and his family’s wages, all the other time he hasn’t really got a clue.
