Hosia ...
"They re-iterated separation would complete in H1 around 7 weeks back and by all accounts were ahead of schedule. Are they planning to not answer any strategic questions tomorrow? Coz surely there will be a lot of these questions on this."
Wouldn't they just reiterate if they are ahead of schedule etc. ? It is already been RNS'ed so that aspect wouldn't be a problem to answer I wouldn't have thought
Notsofastyou ... also cracking posts today. The one a while back almost made me spit my tea over the monitor :)
Cuban, great post - really stands out amongst the childish, petty posts that seem to have increased a lot this week
DonBroco, were you actually looking for 36m extra shares ? The UT was £36m in VALUE not shares !!
So the removal of all short positions didn't indicate anything ? Is your name after what you have between your ears ?
LD1973, I am sure B1nky will make that 2m trade seem like nothing along with everything else. I feel REALLY sorry for his wife TBH
Condesending Goldman'Baby' - He has his opinion and you have yours. Only time will tell who is right ... you certainly can't at the present time.
Know, original RNS just mentioned possible offer.
Today's info mentions selling to Candy with no dealing charges so I disagree that it says nothing new.
Apparently caused quite a stir :)
Good to see growing interest in THG :)

Has it done it again >
Hi B1nky, will you be selling at 170p as expecting more than 1 - 1.25 times revenue is far too greedy and wishful thinking and just plain foolish ?
Anacott, let him stay for the comedy value :)
B1nky, by condescending I mean the way some on here, and yes you are included, put your guesses as a fact and everyone else is wrong.
It has only just started, not even close to done and dusted, and no one knows the final figure it will be sold for (if sold at all) so slamming other peoples opinions when the final outcome is FAR from certain is condescending and just plain ignorant.
For a company that IPO'ed at £5 and was heavily over subscribed, and was around 690p last October, I do not believe £4 is out of the question as there has been one hell of a hatchet job done on THG to cover it's true worth.
So you have your opinion on what it will end at but don't attack others who's opinion may be different to yours.
I wonder how many of the condescending posters saying "£4 is fantasy land" will admit they are wrong if it gets taken out around that level ?
I feel they will be long gone and won't be man enough to admit it IMHO
"Offer won't be £3 or higher as it was 70p a short while ago"
What an ignorant one sided blinkered view that is .
The value of THG is in the future not what the SP was in the past but let's take the simplistic view that it is. The model is getting there but isn't there yet but the value is a damn sight higher than current.
It only hit 70p intraday ... so it did not even spend one day at that level. That was in very early March ... lets got back several months before that where it spent half a month in the high 600's. How can ANYONE with any credibility base a future valuation on what the price was intraday ??? Are they still hooked on Jack and Jill books ?
MM turned down a £4b offer last year ... do you really think he will be able to justify selling for less when the model is further forward than it was then ?
I have a £4 target, either buy out by another party or MM taking it private with another party. Anyone saying that is too high needs to take the blinkers off IMHO because at the moment they seem to love listening them to themselves talk way too much.
