From what I have seen the board appear extremely scrupulous in adhering to regulations (albeit wording of RNS can be ambiguous)

So i am inclined to think if any had significant direct interest in Juno it would be in accounts or on website.

Although that thought then leads back to what actually is the incentive for them. Unless a chunk of options is in the offing. But I have a feeling that Juno would not be keen to see any more appreciable dilution to their holding unless the end game was in sight.

For what its worth I do think board progressing matters. I accept your point re commercial confidentiality etc but do not think there is a need for total radio silence - although this is par for the course for the last three or four decades.

Agree ten per cent in current climate on face of it high. But I believe to be unsecured loan - it is topped up from time to time to provide working capital

Without Juno support unlikely company be here now - a point the auditors emphasise from time to time.

There are lot other interesting points in accounts including actual ownership Parys Mountain etc.

Apologies Tommy - unconditional in this instance was poor choice of word - I was referring to the compulsion for shareholders to sell - to give aquiring company 100 %.

51 1% of shares would give control ( although from memory certain reoltions do need 75 % )

To compel dissenting shareholders to sell - I think I was incorrect earlier and figure is 90 %

You could be right but it is my understanding for a hostile take over to be come uncondtional 75 % of shareholders have to agree. So in theory a majority of the shares could be bought to take control but to compel all shareholders to relinquish their shares ( as opposed to remaining as minority shareholders ) 75 % have to agree.

Further to previous post from May 2021 RNS as far as I can tell the only director holding any shares is Bill with 200000 -

Most years the annual report comes about now ( although 2020 was the exception )

So that will perhaps bring an update of sorts -albeit it may be deferred again

What I think is worthy of note is that Juno I believe still hold 26 % of the voting rights so a hostile takeover is not possible

Directors take no salaries - their income from options is also minimal and their holdings modest - interesting to know what their motivation is . ( although Brent might , with justification argue there sometimes appears to be little).

Juno clearly in due course could look at healthy return and repayment of their loan - which perhaps holds the answers.

My memory not what it was but I seem to recall that GB was lured to Parys Mountain on pretext of some non existent meeting or other. I am not sure that he was seen again after that or certainly not much. Concern about my own potential disappearance precludes me from divulging or remembering any further details of the organiser etc.

On a slightly different note it has suddenly occurred to me more than a few people who cross swords with Brent disappear - Gordon and Trev spring to mind immediately but there are others. Coincidence I am sure

As has been said before it would not hurt to provide share holders with an update even if only to say discussions etc continue but commercially sensitive so cannot provide details at this stage. Could be press announcement without need for RNS

I am sure I have previously seen mention of large stock piles of previously mined ore with Labrador.
I think part is due to previous creditors but wonder why some of that can't be sold towards the finance requirements.

I appreciate not quite as simple as just selling as will need delivery or collection

Mike noting your comments re Welsh gold premium I do wonder if some of silver and copper could be syphoned
off to sell at a premium also potentially for jewellery. Anglesey itself having a mystical history - debatable even the gold could sell at a small premium to the other welsh gold. Copper apart from its other qualities might appeal to those with sense of history. Make little difference to gross receipts but could have some impact to net - which at end of day is what it is all about.

Apologies gone off topic but 1300 hundred miles assuming fairly lengthy stride equates to about about two million steps - I am not very knowledgeable on longevity of boots but does strike me that they appear to have done quite well even allowing for your very high expectations.

You are quite right and I had foolishly overlooked that in my previous posting.
For some reason (although I am well aware this is not the case) was thinking of AYM as just being Parys and overlooked the two other interests.
