For those relentlessly posting Yawn, Bla Bla Bla etc. I've been sat on the fence on Dish for a while, have done my own research but still can't be convinced by the numbers.

Can one of you "rampers" please give me a reason why Scottman, Drax or Ronald are wrong and the poor sign up figures are actually for valid reasons and not because of a failing on Dish's side?

Sorry to ruin this moment for you all but Jupiter inherited the mandate off of Woodford, you'll see the same with Xeros and a handful of other. Not sure Jupiter will be taking part in the fundraise and don't think anyone else will be either.

They only have Jupiter because they picked up Woodfords old mandate, whether Jupiter stick with Xeros or not is the big point.

If Jupiter decide to stick then Xeros becomes attractive, if they decide to sell then Xeros will be desperately scrambling for new investors. Think this is now make or break point, exciting times

My opinion hasn’t changed, Woodford will sell all his holding , but now the news of the patent and that Jupiter has started buying in could save xeros.

I may end up eating humble pie on this one

The potential raise has probably caused the sell off. If this raise goes ahead it would be dilution but in my opinion better for the company in the long term to cause quicker growth.

Short term pain long term gain!

Let's face it, we aren't expecting BIDS to announce results and say they have made a profit this year of £10million.

What I'm hoping for is to see a solid increase in revenue, but I am also expecting the expenses to go up due to the growth of the business. I'm buying potential. The only thing that would put me off is to see poor revenue growth.

Do they need to do an rns? From what I can see Liberum have been broker for almost a month now, I assume they will build a picture up of nuformix then when happy release a full report to people that pay for their research

Bottomzup, I’m aware the Americans approached them which does put big dish in a difficult position if they signed a document to say they wouldn’t dilute the shares via a fund raise.

From a long term point of view it makes sense to take the cash but leaves uneasy feelings short term (never invested anyway as I don’t feel it’s a feasible business model).

Justin’s reasons for selling big dish:
“Companies sign an agreement when going on vox that they won’t fundraise for 2 weeks, big dish did an interview then immediately did a placing with an American company”

So you think Justin isn’t to be trusted but I’ll think you’ll find it’s the big dish ceo that shouldn’t be trusted.

As far as I’m concerned I’ll listen to Justin as a tool in my research box but he’s just one of many.

Oh and by the way I hope Xeros can eventually pull this off because I love the idea and concept, but would rather way till the dust settles on this and you can see some profit coming through

By the time this fund re-opens it will only hold FTSE 350 companies. I think some of you can't see the forest for the trees and I well and truly advise getting out of this whilst you still can.

Also, who is going to back a fundraise while the stench of Woodford is all over this?

I have to admit I did look at it but once I saw the 80% gain in a day the whole think had a bad feeling about it especially for an investment company.

Bit annoyed I topped up at 32p here but would rather be in at a higher price than sat watching the share price soar at the next RNS. Don't think we will hit these lows again once the next set of news gets released, I think we will have news thick and fast over the next few months.

I think Dam0 is partly right, this has risen on podcasts and interviews, along with momentum investors. All we are seeing now is the impatient investors/traders selling.

Bidstack has a pattern - overbought on news, slight sell off, overbought on news, slight sell off. This is the longest time we've had between news hence the more significant sell off. When the next news comes along we will have an overbought stock again.
