As for the takeaway option, Dish will not get any traction for this, we have Deliveroo, Just Eat etc who are already big in this industry, what are Dish doing that is going to disrupt these two?

Tanya you said many companies need to fundraise and I agree with you here, but raising cash when your market cap is £4.5million has mass dilution written all over it. If they even find people to invest in this.

I agree with Jilson, TW is an opposing point of view and is worth listening to in case he’s found something you haven’t (look at his Woodford coverage)

Now what annoys me about him is he doesn’t just mention these things once, he just constantly bangs the drum about them And seemingly never looks at positive.

This rise looks more sustainable as the RSI is steady. The last two rises in early April sent the RSI overbought but this will look healthy if we can start to have slow and steady increases, with the occasional pull back.

50 day average will start ticking up soon as the 200 is starting to tick lower, could see a cross in a month or so, signalling a much more bullish chart

With bidstack at the moment the power is with the advertisers/game developers.

In theory as bidstack grow in stature and the ad category gets more pronounced then bidstack will be able to negotiate contracts that are more in their favour.

Like you said economies of scale, the bigger you are the more pricing power you have.

I didn’t think bids would be eligible for any government grants but they could be for the Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme, presuming they pass the banks rules and get accepted.

This offers up to £5mil.

If dish finds a venture capital trust to put money in which seemed to be the suggestion in the RNS yesterday then they can knockdown the price down.

So let’s say they invest £5mil at 0.5p. That’s an additional billion shares being issued. A fund raise at this scale. Increasing the shares in issue from 348mil to 1.348bil.

I give a hoot about a cash raise count, as a shareholder it has the potential to dilute us massively.

Market cap of £3mil. Will need to raise £5mil minimum. This is unfortunately going to wipe most shareholders out.

So, count, at this current share price there will be no option but dilution, companies rarely raise at a premium and for good reason.

Codemasters made a purchase recently so can’t see them giving bids any money.

1000% rise? Not even sure how to respond to that.

Could bidstack get a government loan? It would be amazing but I don’t think so. This loan is aimed at profit making companies who are struggling due to having closed shop due to coronavirus, so, pubs, bowling alleys, cinemas etc. I don’t think bids will qualify.

Count, in the last podcast James was asked the question “do you need to raise cash”, he twerked around the question and said “in order to get to where we want to be we will need additional firepower”.

Scenario for you jsmith (and after all your whining that you had too much money invested here I hope you took some out on the way up, rather than invest more like you once suggested)

The price stays low because overall market fears have left companies that need to raise cash or have low liquidity.

Big dish then need to raise cash but the share price/market cap are rock bottom, what do they do? They either raise at massively diluted share prices and pretty much wipe out existing holders or they go bust.

So the answer to why would you sell now, it is to avoid the above scenario.

Jimmy I wouldn't worry about it. Pascha is overexposed on Sosander and they announced a placing today. Maybe he will gear up again and go bankrupt in the recession like he did for the GFC.

I’ll try not to “loose” too much money Chancers. For me I’m happy with the size of bidstack in my portfolio and feel the risk reward at this price is worth the small % it holds.

As for listening to you, you were monitoring two stocks, BT and Royal Mail. My advice to you, try not to catch too many falling knives.

My guess is you are maybe the chairman of dish? Looking to get the price higher in order to try and sell some shares. Good guess?
