This will be the last response I have to BIDS on this board, come over there if you want to discuss. This is for Dish where you never answered any questions:
When did Bids list
They did a reverse takeover in August 2018, so same time as Dish IPO's
How much are they spending a year
As at the last set of accounts they were spending ÂŁ5.5mil a year, this is likely to have increased due to higher staffing since the year end.
What have they achieved
They have got on board with the IAB
Are in a handful of games (disappointing it's not more). Football manager, Grid, Dirt.
Secured an acquisition of pubguard via shares, which provides security to the advertisements
Got an advisory board being paid by shares, filled with some of the top profiles in the gaming industry
Run several case studies with Unilever, subway etc, all on website
Had Lumen Research come in and run reports on the strength of the adverts.
Got on board with several big ad agencies, Trade Desk etc.
I'm sure there are more but that will do off top of my head
What is there pathetic revenue
Revenue was just over ÂŁ140k. Which is more that Dish, but I thought revenues didn't matter in these start ups?
And yes, they have missed their revenues targets (massively), which is disappointing and hence the price dropping from 40p down to 6p, and basically missed every target they have set. So again similar to Dish.
Now, that is how you answer questions on a company Tanya, you should learn how to do it for Dish.
So Dish are testing takeaway, but you kept banging on about competing with Deliveroo? Deliveroo do Delivery, not takeaway.
