How many restaurants can be profitable at 50% capacity whilst running discounts? The answer is probably very little.

Will government subsidies them for the lack of capacity? If they do then that’s a big tick in the dish positivity box.

If they don’t then how many restaurants either won’t open or will go bust?

And it obviously depends how the cash is spent, after all you are swapping shares for cash, if they can add value with the cash then it’s a no brainer

Yeah seen that, that placing went well, but still down from the 5p they were at in October due to massively dilutive placing.

Placings aren’t a bad thing if they can be done at a reasonable price, anything below 5p wouldn’t be great, below 4p would be destroying a lot of value

Except the xsg placing was at a 75% discount to share price and raised capital of 130% or something like that.

I read the very significantly second half weighted meaning they’ve received less in the first half than expected. But that might be the pessimistic part of me that bidstack has encouraged out

Isn’t sanj an external consultant now, so presumable will be paid on a performance scheme, so minimum £ per hour worked then extra if chains come across.

Okay, so 600 a month, 50p a meal. Potentially £3,600 from one restaurant if it kept that up consistently.

That’s decent revenue from one, will be interesting to see if the annual report has any details on this across board.

Pizza express already gives you 2 for 1 pretty much 24/7, not sure how they could help pizza express other than a bit of extra traffic.

If restaurants are told they can only open at 50% capacity will they? The margins on restaurants can’t cope with 50% capacity, unless the government apply additional funding to bridge the gap.

Dish need to get moving with this takeaway/delivery.

JS - any financing will be dilutive. If they get one boutique financier it could be at a reasonable price which makes it less dilutive than a placing.

And the truth is no one saw it coming, but the fall out from this will be huge. Restaurants will be at limited capacity, customers will be changing the way they dine out.

It’s up to dish to adapt in order to fit in, yet to see them make any actual changes, other than a limited amount of delivery and an imaginary takeaway service.

If it isn’t rns’d it isn’t a material impact on revenues.
