In answer to the TR1 LC Ventures never registered there shares when this went public, hence having no position to declare, they have sold 3,000,000 shares so now notified. They should have notified dish at the start formally but didn’t, it’s not dish responsibility to issue a TR1 so they have done nothing wrong.

Still, looks like TR1s and significant holders have always been an issue with dish i.e. last placing. Will be bad news if lc start shedding the rest, but explains drop yesterday

I really wouldn’t be surprised if she was an employee or Aidan himself, haven’t trusted the board since the last placing, but the tech was always interesting.

I do believe there is a place for an all in saas style restaurant booking app, as there are so many out there at the moment. Imagine having one incredible app that you could book deliveries, dine ins, and order your food on the app in restaurants (can they add car parking to this list)

But I can’t see how this can be dish as they are such an unknown. If I wasn’t an investor I wouldn’t have heard of dish.

What happened to the brand ambassadors, and didn’t they sponsor a set of awards ceremonies? Were these a success? I’m guessing not

Everyone says revenues isn’t key and I completely get that, but the revenues will also tell us how many customers actually used the app, now that is a key indicator.

So let’s presume they get £50,000 revenue, at 50p per customer we are saying they have had 100,000 bookings, divided by restaurants etc. This will be for me why the revenue figure is one to look at. This will also guide whether or not the saas model is worth restaurants jumping on board with
