These are sub shares .like warrants.each subscription share entitles you to buy ordinary shares at circa £3 per share..so as someone has bought 150000 sub shares they would need £ 450000 to convert them .conversion date is before december 31st 2017.otherwise they are worthless from what i can gather.dyor

Been doing a bit more research into bagir.They are aiming to produce 4000 suits a day from the ethiopian factory over the next 3 years .now that was the aim before the chinese said they were investing at 3.5p.up to 3000 trousers in the next 6 months is the aim up from 600 pairs dec 2016,also before any chinese investment.In house training school has been set up for locals to learn the skills .
