Has someone stolen all the gold? Seen this before, next rise it will be going over 40.
That wasn’t your £83k buy at 3.32 was it this morning? Whoever it was is going to make some great money!
Thanks AQ, I’d read that RNS which is why I found the wording of the latest RNS contradictory in terms of the dilution statement but I’m fairly confident in the methods of raising finance they’ll use, PJ holds a lot more value in his private investor base than most others and I expect it’s something that just legally has to be in there. All good.
Good news again, only thing that makes me slightly apprehensive is, ‘Going forward both Power Metal and Kavango will be required to fund 50% of SJV costs, or be diluted in line with standard industry dilution provisions.’ Basically means we’re going to have to find a fairly sizeable chunk of money which is standard stuff and hopefully achievable using a placing at close to sp at the time, dilution is different though. Hoping that’s just standard wording though that legally needs to be used...anyone else she’d any light?
Good to see such a large increase in buys/sells and some large buys at over 3p. With so many projects on the go and expected news flow I think we’ll see this hit 4p fairly quickly now and then onwards and upwards, great company to be invested in!
Hope it doesn’t rise that quick as I want to buy another £10k tomorrow morning! I fear it may though and I will have to pay a bit of a premium...
Morning all, great start, I think a lot of people are going to be late to the party with this one again like GGP. I got in at 3p at GGP (2p here) and people still buying GGP now, hopefully more will get it to this early and make some good returns as I see this one going 10p plus short term and far higher once 1 or 2 projects come to fruition. Communication is key and Paul Johnson is great at that too.
Power Metal Resources PLC's (LON:POW) chief executive Paul Johnson tells Proactive's Andrew Scott they've been building 'furiously' over the past couple of years and are now a global operation with projects in North America, Africa and a gold joint venture in Australia to give shareholders broad exposure.
''We're looking for a major metal discovery or discoveries which will transform the lives of shareholders'', he says.
I reckon we’re close to popping, early next year could see a very nice hike in the share value. I was looking at this and it attracted my attention when it was .28 but was undecided if it was the right time to invest in it, when it shot up to 1.5p I thought oh dear but I think there’s quite a lot of potential here still for sure!
Holding tight to my shares, fundamentals are great, just a bit more patience required but confident when it moves it will be significant. Think Q1 of 2021 will be beginning of decent news flow.
Morning all, bit of patience required, this is definitely going to be worth the wait, do your research and keep the faith!
Very true MrP in terms of the % moves on good news. I think like GGP/OMI etc there will be many who sell at a profit they’re happy with only to see it grow several 100% more. I sold 60% of my somewhat large initial investment in OMI recently after getting the timing of my entry slightly wrong (11.5p) and being heavily down on it for 2 years, the opportunity to sell some at a very decent profit and let the rest ride was an opportunity too good to pass up for me. Had I sold slightly later however the value of my holding could have been around £35k higher, no regrets though as we can’t predict the future with these and it’s swings and roundabouts as they say! I’m just glad I’d done my research and didn’t sell at a loss. Ultimately I needed to free up cash, most of which is invested here where I see far higher returns from this price and I’m not selling any until it hits 10-15p.
An encouraging day, the RNS makes for a very enjoyable read. Now I know they write their own updates but they’re legally obliged not to put misleading information in to the market place so when it says, “at the 100% owned Ragged Range Project in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, Thor has exciting early stage results for which gold and nickel drilling is planned” I get excited too. It all sounds very familiar so I’m more than happy to sit tight and ignore any price swings until I see the price a lot higher than this.
On a serious note, great news folks, here’s to the beginning of the climb upwards. Sit back and relax.
Where’s bsg?
It was a trade from yesterday too judging by the date, wouldn’t be surprised if we surpassed the penny tomorrow again now that’s been reported.
Correct Fiercy old boy, just like when the big boys starting buying millions of pounds worth of GGP at 27p a share and then it dropped to around 19p soon afterwards. People then start posting ooh that was bad timing, no it wasn’t because that’s another share that will be at least double what it is now at some point in the near future and that’s a pretty good return, especially if you got in at less than 5p. It’s easy to be short sighted and expect to become a millionaire overnight. If you’ve genuinely done your research which I have with Thor and believe wholeheartedly in a company then investing becomes far less stressful, even when that share hits what looks like rock bottom. What’s more difficult is setting a target price of when to lock in some profit! I haven’t decided what that price will be with Thor yet, like to think 10-15p though minimum. I would expect additional interest from one of the top tier gold companies at some point but not sure when. HRS
Come mid November and the assay results if they’re as good as I reckon they will be the sp will rocket and these prices will be long gone. I remember when it was around 4p back in 2018, always had great prospects just like OMI and look what that share has done. I invested in both OMI and GGP back when they were far lower and happy to say am still invested, although have taken a fair bit of profit from both and I have the same amount of faith in Thor. At these prices it’s an absolute steal, there is no doubt whatsoever in my mind that this will be far higher come Christmas unless something unforeseen happens like a meteorite hitting the Pilbara Region. It’s absolutely littered with gold that area and I copy and paste ‘Thor Mining holds 92 square kilometres of exploration licences approximately 40 kms west of Nullagine, in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. The project area lies on the eastern boundary of the Greatland Gold Panorama project and predominantly comprises of Eastern Pilbara greenstone highly prospective for both gold and nickel.’ All the info is right there for you, let’s sit tight and all make some serious money. My only caveat is don’t invest more than you can live without as sometimes timelines can move and if you need the money desperately you can get yourself in trouble.
I wonder when this will start rising, only a matter of time for sure that it follows the same pattern of GGP and OMI, very undervalued currently!
Let’s be honest here no one had a clue this was going to rise this much, great that it has though. It still has very good potential too but my advice to people would be ignore advice about not top slicing here as it’s completely unpredictable, if you’ve made decent money then bank it and let the rest ride for a win win situation.
That said I do think the company has great potential...
