What a splendid day today. Dividends are coming. Some doubted they would happen, some sold out because they doubted. Well done holders, well done Lincoln Moore and his team. A proper company, following through on its promises…this is what AIM is supposed to be about!!!!!!!!! I did warn to not take the rains to make production a shoe in. I expect high season will do well because of the good rainfall in Oct, Nov and Dec. January sounds like it is improving (though they said that last time re. October!) We are now on the radars of all the income funds and we are still around all the placing price and all the financial transactions price…13.25p. i expect a steady SP performance now. I also think we will get some news re. new business/acquisition and some news re RSPO certification..all good

on the day's high at 12.75p………..still way under valued…£3.5-£4 million 2016 profits on a £30million MC company with 20% organic growth forecast for several years, hits targets and is about to publish a dividend policy, no tax to pay for another ten years or so

Good to clear that out of the way, clear runway to dividends now. Loan note holders are founders of the company and significant shareholders so no problem there....what good news flow....looks like Wednesday for production update...managed newsflow....what else is lurking in the background??

I would like to see£500k-750k handed back to shareholders as a dividend and a firm dividend policy stated. E.G. We will pay between 10 and twenty percent of profits as dividends depending upon investment/growth requirements. Some intent with flexibility included.

Palm oil needs lots of consistent rain to grow, however heavier rain than normal effects the famers' physical ability to harvest and transport fruit…muddy ground, rotting etc…I have read many articles re this, some recently from Malaysia where heavy rains effected their December harvest……hence I posted a note of caution. Even if numbers are not great for this Q, I expect DKL to make their annual prediction and the rains you have mentioned will only increase harvest later in the year

record rainfall not good short term as it cramps harvesting but good medium/long term as it increases yield down the line

I was invested in this company a few years ago from the 2p levels, I read all the RNSs…….Will they ever start and finish any of their plans……..there is always a problem……so much promise, so many years and v little to show for it.

all the names who ramped this company last year and see what they are ramping now, learn a lesson and never follow their like again

tedious wait for long termers here and a very disappointing RNS, however, look at the present situation. The market cap is less than the cash in the bank. The annual costs are three directors fees ,£36k per year for the three, and their expenses. They have three years to fulfil the company brief…find a RTO. This is a clean shell with plenty of cash and plenty of suitors . Today is a delay, nothing more, nothing less.

My pleasure, anything under 3.5p seems good value.

Cash position will be around £900 000 at the moment. It was over a million at the end of June. Market Cap of £670 000……………….disconnect which provides opportunity. They are still looking for a deal and they have the money to do it. Bargain prices so I have bought in at 2.5-2.6p today.

Do you remember this?……….nothing like second hand kit, re-conditioned…… Think about it….the odd mistake, the odd problem, the odd whatever but when there is a litany of problems, one after another, does it not suggest that there is a problem with the management? Total shambles and more importantly, They need to raise money when the SP is at historic lows.

I have pointed this out in the past. When you get problem after problem it tells you one thing, management have got things wrong. Mining is a very tricky business. Bringing an old, deep mine back to life is very difficult. Clearly , their plan was wrong or the execution was wrong or both. They got the finances badly wrong, no where near enough money. And the result…well, a collapse in SP and the project's success becomes more and more doubtfull….at least for DCP. The debt burden could well see share holders wiped out, the risks keep growing. I think more money will be chucked at this by existing creditors/share holders. Good money after bad and all that. This has become very very risky now
