YOLO own 34% of magic Jukebox following the recent pre-ipo fund raise. The pre-ipo fund raise values magic at £12million and Yolo's stake at £4million. Yolo have effectively doubled the value of their investment in magic Jukebox so far. Second product just launched, getting excellent PR, US sales campaign via the shopping channel and QVC set to be launched, all in good time for the Xmas sales season. IPO next year at multiples of present valuation if sales campaign goes well.

We should be trading between 1.25p-1.5p. NAV is between 1.6-1.9p. Trading at a 25% discount to NAV for a minnow investment company seems fair. The one thing I like about these guys is their very low outgoings. Two man band, two man board. £50k pa salaries each, shared offices , not a life style company, looking for pure capital growth.

LOGP has always had supportive share holders. With firm development plans for Barryoe, raising their share of the drill costs will not be a problem………2p of 68 million boe is an awesome number for a minnow like LOGP. Their share of the drill costs is $4million. One to tuck away and forget about. Can you imagine the fuss there will be over the next 18 months as they prepare to drill.

They had about 400k before the sale so close to a million in cash now. Good to see them realise on an asset. Cash burn is about 20-30k per month so very cheap to run. Current value of magic media investment is £4million TV player and simplestream circa £2.5million audioboom shares on top. NAV about £8million atm

Jukebox investment is worth £4million now, pre IPO Gfinity and audioboom about £1million TV player and simplestream £2.5 million cash £400k ish cash burn is about 20-30k per month. that works out to 1.6-1.9p NAV. If Electric Jukebox gets the sales traction it plans then the IPO valuation will be multiples of the current pre IPO valuation of £12million. Roxi is just the second version of the product, there are more in the pipeline. by any calculation, no matter how conservative, YOLO is way under valued.
