@Nanonano: I think neither Hammoudi nor Pallas are fools - in fact having looked at some members of the Pallas team I think they have some serious intelligent and experienced lawyers on their team who will have very carefully thought about what to write.
This is why I think this will become a very interesting development and not something that Nanoco just can shrug off with a standoffish RNS like the one of today.

@NGR: I am not mistaken that your first name starts with a B and your surname with a T…. by any chance.
You seem very very eager to let the management off the hook for all the deliberately wrong messaging they did.

@NGR: Of course the management and board will not resign voluntarily- this is why all the shareholders that have been misled need to rally around and vote them out!

Well the board knew that their inflated salaries would be paid, Lombard Odier was happy….
I mean their scheme almost pulled off smoothly but it seems that it will sting them now. Fingers crossed!

The Nanoco RNS published at 1.19pm is an utter joke and a slap in the face of shareholders.
Time to vote the board out. Make your voice heard as a small shareholder.
Time that Brian Tenner and the board are punished for what they did to shareholders!

I will vote for it. Shareholders were repeatedly misled by Brian Tenner in his messaging and this needs to be sanctioned. Brian Tenner has no credibility left due to his intentionally misleading messaging.
If he has misled investors once he can mislead investors in the future - so why let him stay on??? For pie in the sky?

I am very happy indeed and I think that there are many others on this board that will be very happy.
Brian Tenner and others have crossed several red lines and violated ethical standards with their messaging and actions and this needs to have repercussions for them - otherwise the integrity of the capital markets are put in even greater jeopardy.

I think it is time for someone to come to Feeks’ defence.
Quite clearly the messaging of BT was light years away from what he agreed to in the end. Messaging done directly by BT as well as done through research paid by Nanoco…I am referring here to the equally misleading Edison reports (in future I will not bother reading them).
Feeks like so many other investors had been misled by management and Edison but his reasoning was perfectly rational based on the information he had been provided.
The fact that even the second RNS of 9 January was confusing says everything.

Does anyone know if there is something like a prize/award for “Most useless CEO of the Year”?

I am content with the update. Things are definitely heading in the right direction. Once the refinancing is cleared up this shoul see 400p again easily.

Brian Tenner has thoroughly disgraced himself. Just utterly utterly shameful behaviour.
If he had one ounce of integrity he would resign on his own accord.

I think the fundamental problem for all existing and potential investors is whether one can trust Brian Tenner at all. It is very clear that he deliberately misled most investors in Nanoco. So if he has misled us on such a major point he could easily mislead us on other points.
I have redeemed 2|3 of my Nanoco shares and am contemplating what to do with the rest.
The only good thing is the beaten down share price but I now know that one can’t trust management and this should be a very real concern for all of us.

Not interested in any master plan at all - especially not from Brian Tenner.
Unfortunately the only thing that Nanoco investors can rely on are RNS that are clearly and unambiguously written.
All the other stuff like Edison reports etc forget about them - not even worth the paper written on it.

All we can do is speculate but my gut feel is that you are correct

Looks to me like STMicro wants to go their own way and not use Nanoco to be honest.

Tony, I hear you but apart from transformational I also have major inflection point and multiples of share price in mind from the last investor presentation that Brian did… if you are right we would only by back in the ballpark range of the fundraising price of 37p.

I thought about the whole settlement saga and come to the conclusion that private investors were intentionally misled in a major and utterly shameful manner by Brian Tenner. So shameful that I will not believe any single of his words any longer.
The misleading campaign with regards to private investors was skilfully done and management used the media (The Times) as well as paid research (Edison) to flank their vastly outlandish messaging.
The 37p fundraising was an exercise in practically conning private investors as management by then knew fully well that they would accept a much lower settlement amount.
Brian Tenner had several opportunities to set the record right, to present a more nuanced and realistic picture to private investors.

He never did and for this alone may he live out the rest of his days with the contempt of private investors.

Tornadotony: I agree no failure by Brian Tenner at all. After all a fund raise was made at 37p and now after the transformational deal (CAPITULATION BY BRIAN) we are now at 21p. However I agree all is well at Nanoco and this is why the chart is downwards.
