That little RNS may help in the short term. It doesn’t look much different but the new wording is better than the original as it effectively states that d2w can be sold throughout the EU and not just Ireland as its compliant with the EU directive.

With no selling pressure and lots of small buys probably means the buy order will have to increase its price to fill

Also worth noting that a large shareholder has been accumulating and may still be buying which may underpin the SP

Its nearly a no brainer - a professional investor has paid 20p so must be expecting some seriously positive news, been lots of small buys which suggests that people around the news may be nibbling and there is a large shareholder increasing his stake. And an AGM in a few weeks. I’m surprised that the share tipsters aren’t all over this

The prelims expect Indian certification in Q3 - Q3 starts next week and then shortly after its the AGM. Hopefully the company is expecting to hear on this in the next week or so. But as someone said looks like news flow could come from any direction

I think this is also major outside the EU as many countries look to the EU (and US) to lead on things like the environment

Or its Leap using the reduced subscription monies to buy the market (£250k reduced subscription). This was a £2.5m firm commitment so ordinarily not allowed to reduce and the company didn’t publish any provisions/get out clauses. Maybe the agreement was that Leap use to buy secondary shares and remove the SP gap.

The prelims talk about the Indian certification requiring over 2 years of testing and if granted will be a major

endorsement and would allow the company to counter the EU court case where it doesn’t look like the EU ever did any testing (I read somewhere that the EU even stopped their own technical department part way through their review). So the EU case was based just on third party research, many were probably written/paid for by competitor alternative plastics.

I agree it reads that they expect multiple positives but I think within that there will be a major event and that could be the Indian certification. Everything else would then just keep adding to the SP

I wonder if there is a buy order in. The previous insiders have now all been cleansed with the preliminaries and the posting of the annual accounts so there is a sweet spot between now and the “event” and until the event is certain any one with better insights can buy

AGM set for 5 weeks time (normally 30 days) so wonder if they are expecting news in the next few weeks and adding in a buffer so they can talk about it at the AGM.

Is Indorama a user of d2w? I would have thought any commercial contract with a major shareholder would need to be announced.
