GB33 - AMC is a miniscule AIM listed company. One of 3,600. On AIM, corporate governance is adhered to - for the most part. The rules are far slacker than a full listing. Do not expect miracles from your AIM listed company operating on a shoe string. The Board have far more pressing matters than paying any attention at all to key board warriors. That's just the way it is. Bottom drawer share. Pandora's Box could be opened this year, next year or not at all. AMC is the equivalent of backing the 25/1 outsider in a 10 horse race. Occasionally they do come in though. Good luck.

OK found it ncyt - novacyt. Very interesting. Difficult to believe that Synairgen do not have a keen interest in the Coronavirus, given that it is an inhaled lung ailment.

Any potential PI investor in AMC cannot but be impressed with the robust credentials of Adam Habib. We are very fortunate to have him onboard at this exciting stage of AMC's future. (Tom Bowens also). He is also not taking a salary. He believes so strongly in the product that he will take remuneration through share issuances at pre agreed share price. That is a firm commitment to the cause and very strong belief in the project. Agree with everyone this will not happen for a couple of years maybe. But I can wait. hope all investors also can to reap the rewards in the fullness of time.

Binary bet.......either

i) Some of the bulk sampling needs re evaluating from new samples which requires more drilling = further delays. Very bad.
ii) Financing & other logistics lined up behind the scenes. BAU. Very good.

Agree. These small trades are fascinating. Up until a couple of months ago we had never seen this many small trades. I could understanding some book balancing at the end of the day, but we now see a steady stream throughout the day. It baffles me, even as an industry professional. Given that AMC is an absolute market tiddler at current market cap. these trades make no sense whatsoever. It could be algorithmic trading, but there is a cost to trading shares and a couple of shares here and there being bought and/or sold...............WHY?

Don't disagree MadMat. But it doesn't take us any closer to the end game. I am as frustrated as the next PI investor but not sure that any of us trotting out the same queries and questions will take us any nearer the promised land. By end of this year we should be much further forward, with formal snippets from the Company dropped into our laps along the way.

The DFS is slated for END of 2020. It will not be before and could be a little later.

To be honest it is surprising that people still bother to post on here. No amount of utteration on a BB will encourage quicker action. Your best bet of learning more is to seize the moment when Robin et al are in the City and try and grab 5 minutes with him. He is very approachable.

Does anyone have an understanding of why there are so many tiny trades passing through AMC? Over the last week there has been many.

The shareholder value is highly likely to be fulfilled this year. Patience please. Another year on top of the previous decade is a mere turn of a page.

Blumagnet. The m.o. is precisely the same as last year. No change. Even the wording is identical. Stand Easy.

Gamer, nothing material or substantive has EVER come out of these AMC events, which are held at least annually in the U.K. Carrots will be dangled but do not expect anything game changing. More than happy to be proved wrong. However, they are an opportunity to quiz the company mano mano.

For the sake of even handedness. Amazing how fickle posters can be. Perhaps some believe they can influence from afar. Very mistaken. Sit on the board or own over 3% of the shares. RY is acting in our best interests. If we do not believe this we should sell our shares and move on. Clearly negotiations are at a very delicate stage but most importantly are progressing. Investing is for the long term..........and yes that might be 15 years. BFS slated for December 2020. That is the next important milestone anything before then would be a bonus.

Synairgen share price all about Woodford and nothing to do with fundamentals for now. The Woodford announcement today means that ALL their SNG shares will be sold down at whatever price it takes. Others more in tune than me will have some idea of how many more need to be sold. But he did have a fair slug of these.

PI's are not being "diluted into oblivion". PI's have a choice. Immediately a new shares for loan scheme is announced PI's should either sell up or buy more shares to neutralise any dilution. It really is a s simple as that. Regarding value, well where should we start. There are so many studies and theses on value investing v growth investing v investment timings, happy to refer on if others want to lose themselves in a stonking good read.

This is AIM. There are rules to be observed without obligation. After 10 years of investing in AMC, an extra few months shouldn't ruin our life plans. You either have faith or don't. All investing (speculating, gambling) is a binary bet. Will I make money or will I not? This will come good, but the BB posters here do not know when. Maybe we should all chip in a few quid and finance one of us to go out there and see what is happening first hand!!

No logic with this one!! It must be a geography issue. Company appears to make solid progress year on year, UK government has a meaningful stake, but sp permanently travels backwards.
