Ok, 35 trades so far this morning valued at less than £100 - what does it mean? It does my head in! I have never seen this on any other shareholdings............why AMC?

Hi Hammer, I think you might be over sensitive on this occasion.

i)No AGM's/EGM's are permitting attendance in person at the moment.
ii) There is a "rush" because behind the scenes positive activity is clearly taking place.
iii) There is a deadline at the beginning of December.
iii) We live in a democracy and shareholders can vote whichever way they please of course. But we as PI's perhaps have access to 30% of the information pertaining to AMC. The Board and other closely related professionals.
iv) If the Resolutions do not succeed, I will be selling all my shares, because as another poster observed earlier today, we will probably see the asset pass across to another interested party through contrived means.
v) The reason why the share allocation is required was made very clear in the announcement, short of naming the company on the other side.
vi) Voting against now after so many years of waiting and wondering is akin to being on a desert island without much food and drink and then when returning to civilisation refusing the largesse of what is on offer.

Thrown my hat in the ring and instructed my broker to vote in favour this morning >3m shares.

Barnet Peter/Ohmetoo - Not sure you are quite correct there. The values on the transactions are tiny. Not really a wave or river of selling. With 50% of the company tied up in the hands of two investors, the ability to top up at below the placing price is most welcome.

It is a fact, that you will only "suffer" share dilution if you sit on your hands and do nothing. You either participate (in the proportion of the additional shares issued) or sell up. Mathematically and financially the worst action you can take is to do nothing. Not preaching that's just the way it is.

Primarybid assists the Company to raise a few quid but not convinced it helps shareholders for the hassle involved in buying. I tried to open an account yesterday and it proved impossible, eventually was told by a helpful operative at PrimaryBid that I did not qualify (non UK resident). So this morning went into the market and bought at 1.885p through my usual broker! Got to say I thought the share price would hold above 2p.

We await further news. Good that debt is being reduced. Still trying to figure out if two shareholders holding very close to 50% and clearly working in concert is a good thing or not. As another poster mentioned yesterday, I wonder if we are heading for a private buyout. We remain a tiddler at mkt cap £25m

Lucando, two points in response to yours:-

1) If you have concerns regarding the use of the 500m extra shares, you should send a question directly to the company's PR agent ahead of the Meeting as they have suggested. You could do this today. Please let us know how you get on. Here is what AMC have suggested

"As such, we invite shareholders to submit any questions in advance of the Extraordinary General Meeting. Any specific questions on the business of the Extraordinary General Meeting and Resolutions can be submitted ahead of the General Meeting by e-mail to info@blytheweigh.com (marked for the attention of the 'Amur Minerals EGM'). We will publish these General Meeting related questions (other than any questions which cannot be addressed for legal or regulatory reasons) and answers on our website in the lead up to, and after, the meeting."

Agree wholeheartedly CrazyTowner. Between now and November we should expect to see plenty of positive action (finally).

This is the link to the AMC website referred to in the RNS. I had to read it a couple of times, but the ability to allot shares only extends up to the Annual General Meeting in November 2020. This end date and the accompanying narrative, in my opinion, helpfully signposts the reader to what might happen. Clearly the Company is currently in active negotiations. Personally, I have witnessed something similar with another share whereby cash was raised and the action took place within days afterwards. Yes, nickel price could fall, the CoVid19 effect might not dissipate, but the end is nigh and hopefully at a much higher level than 1p per share.

It is evidenced that matters are progressing, and at the EGM any shareholder can send the Board a question by email. I would respectfully suggest that rather than cast aspersions through the bulletin board, could dissenters please send their concerns in the form of a question to the Board for answering at the EGM and let us know subsequently what the question was and its response.

100% Agree. No funding required. The £15m placing was heavily oversubscribed (as per official announcements at the time). In other words they could probably have asked for £20m/£25m. They didn't need it.

The nervous ninnies should perhaps revisit the original video interviews with Richard Marsden to remind themselves of what Synairgen have in their pocket.

This is bubbling up nicely. This RNS is completely unexpected. I read this "We are in discussions regarding a merger with another Russian based entity that already has a revenue stream, and the consideration will be in shares. By carrying out this transaction, it will be more likely that we can attract investment capital to start mining Kun Manie".

There is a plan after all!!

Tom Bowen coming on Board and buying £163k shares last August at 2.16p, and Adam Habib more recently with his 25.6 m share option of which "12,803,630 are subject to performance and will vest as upon the successful completion by the Company of an off-take agreement, or completion of a producing asset investment. The options will expire on 13 February 2025."

We should be finally confident (if we weren't already) that this WILL HAPPEN. Let's hope the price is right.

It really shouldn't happen with Synairgen, but please take care if you are invested elsewhere. This warning today from Investment Week "A fear of missing out on investing in the firm that develops the first Covid-19 vaccine has led pockets of the healthcare sector to trade on "eye-watering [valuations] reminiscent of the TMT bubble", fund managers have warned.

With the share price falling we are now aware that confidence is fast fading away. Those late reported individual sales from Friday are astonishing in their size.

Personally, I think no news is good news and actually the relative radio silence from the Company, when compared to others in this area, is completely consistent with Synairgen's approach with regard to shareholder communication over the years. They just get on with the task in hand.

Easy to see why the nervous/day traders are shying away or jittery. I have been invested here for years and am feeling the tension across this board.

............whisper it quietly, but isn't it just possible that despite the perceived positive outlook for Synairgen, and the ebullience on this bulletin board of some posters (not all!!) there might be a whisper "on the streets" that the expected output from the trials is not delivering as expected hence the constant and repetitive share sales. At about the 38/39p level the share price will be equivalent to the share price immediately preceding the issuance of the additional shares. in other words the share price will have made no progress at all arising specifically from the placing and all the subsequent news!

JoeyDiamond the share price has been higher than it is now, pre CoVid19. This was a very sound pharmaceutical company with solid fundamentals before all this kicked off. Check historic share price charts.

So it is true. News of this will spread to the wider oil market. Companies really are giving away the black stuff. Strange times we live in indeed.

This is fantastic. We have not got a clue what is going on!!! Multiple tiny share trades and then BANG a 27.5m sharetrade pre todays opening. A keen buyer must have taken those shares. Even skilled observers are clearly stumped at this.

I think we have an acquirer of shares. Plenty of opportunity has passed recently for them to acquire at low historic price.

uallmakeitup - check the figures mate on worldometer. The number of global new cases are increasing daily - fact. Read about the covid19 news from Brazil, India (Mumbai) and South Africa. The Prime Minister of South Africa (despite relaxing lockdown rules) has initiated extra restrictive measures on various South African districts. Its actually getting worse at this time.

Agree DesitituteBroker, this has been my well documented beef with sharetrading in Amur of late - the unfathomable small trades. Although on this occasion maybe it took the share price high enough (over the last two/three weeks) to get the capital raise away at a "sensible" price. But why not raise double in March. The BoD MUST have known they would need to come back for more. The RNS is ridiculously brief. And who has subscribed to £500k worth of shares in AMC.

Of course, the only way for investors to hold their position is to buy another +/- 5% of their current holding to "take advantage of the share price fall. This share tests ones mettle.

Thanks for posting so soon Mikebassetts. Hopefully that will assist everyone's comprehension. Clear, succinct, to the point and yes it probably will be back end of July before formal results are out. That date may or may not override investors/day traders time horizons.
