Why is the forward selling of placement shares allowed? Surely , the information provided to these people is classified as " inside information" as they know already what price the shares will be allocated to them. Why are they not prosecuted for this dealing ?

Whilst hopefully the science is brilliant, can you explain why there is zero interest from an pharma or serious investor in buying up equity stake in this company...please don't say prevail because that's just a fiddled transaction imo.
