2024-11-02 It is my understanding that you cannot progress the steps required by the IRB and SIV without a fully executed contract between the various parties involved. They will not allocate their resources without this in place. Explains the confidence expressed by VS in the post Richard has shared. I think this signifies that the contract and budgeting required is in place and cannot be conditional..it has to be a filly executed contract.

2024-11-02 thanks Richard. On top of the RNS dare I say this really is happening (this month!). Hopefully some reasonable financing has been arranged to cover the first few patients.
