Mr Fire....i think you'll find that TW correctly predicted that money would be needed to carry on. That was rather significant considering somebody else said no funding was needed immediately...then 8weeks later it was needed. That's why it's a shame.

I don't know who he's in bed with and don't care. All i know is i read what he had to say about things here a good few months ago and thought he was absolutely crackers and way off the mark. But now i don't think he's so crackers after all. Shame, but that's how it is.

Yes Bottmzup, thanks for pointing that out to me....and fudgerella, you would benefit from a night school in business studies. I'm well aware of last year's dilution and this year's dilution . The small matter is that this Company isn't going forward is it? The whole idea of raising funds is to keep a company going forwards...not massively backwards. Look at where Bidstack are now and tell us how you honestly see anything positive here. What will you think if 10 months down the line there's yet another fund raising?

5million of that is dilution money,so i wouldn't feel too chipper about it. Do you understand the business world?
