Draper and the other chaps can be delighted and excited if they like, but i think most of us remember how excited Draper was at that incredible (up to) 10million quid deal he announced about 18months or so ago, that meant absolutely eff all. This will be exactly the same imho. Us lth's will be excited (marginally)when these are 20p again and Draper along with the other chap, buy all those shares back they flogged. That would be a start.
