Dukey, tell us again how no one was interested in buying Musonoi and how it was worthless just as Glencore was paying $430mil for it and also how RRR had lost its Kenya licences and they wouldn't get reissued just as they did get reissued?

News, IMHO Burkina Faso swamps anything that RRR will get from DRC or from Australia. It will be nice to get progress on DRC and Australia but the biggest one in the near term is the production revenue from Bilbale. Once RRR/FASO gets the production licence in place and we can move to fully mechanised production we are talking serious amounts of revenue.

EG lets assume post costs and taxes FASO nets $1,300 per oz. To match up DRC, RRR/FASO would need to produce 5,769 ozs; assuming no costs in DRC. There will be costs in DRC and the net will not be $7.5mil. At 2 g/t RRR/FASO will need to process 81,767 tonnes. At 1,000 tonnes a day on a ten hour day that is 100 tonnes an hour. To produce $7.5mil net would take 82 days.

You can pro-rata it up or down. At half the rate, ie., 50 tonnes per hour then it is 164 days and so on. I have taken the costs, royalties, taxes and JV share into account.

DRC is nice for a few of reasons, it releases management time, we can get on with Luanshimba again and it gives us some cash now but Bilbale is much bigger.

News, re DRC.

The person causing us some issues previously was a Minister, he is no longer a Minister. There are two routes out of this: do a deal directly with VUP (but dealing with them is like trying to hug a snake) or wait for the Arbitration to be concluded. The Arbitration has to be signed off by the Chief of Staff but he is busy till the Cabinet is signed off. So what AB is saying is that VUP either signs and we move on but we are not getting in any jiggery pokery or we wait for the Arbitration award. If we do a deal with the people who are in charge of VUP but there is jiggery pokery such that the owners of VUP don't get what they are expecting ($7.5 mil) then all hell will let loose.

News. Re NBGC, that tweet by them makes me think that we are due some action imminently. Market conditions have changed in Australia: they are back to when Fosterville South was all the rage. I think we will hear something on the IPO shortly. I don't know but I suspect it is case of deciding whether to go for sale, JV or IPO and if IPO which route to go down: there is more than one way to IPO a cat.

So there you have the answer re the delay. When the initial plant got to the airport ready to be flown in, customs or someone tried to charge over $100,000 in VAT.

The kit is now going via another mechanism but it is all the kit in one go rather than just one plant.

Alongside the initial "trial" production, they will be doing the work to secure an industrial level production licence: that is "fully mechanised".

You refer to a dilution but what matters is what use the money is put to and at what price the shares are placed and who to? If RRR needed to raise more money for Bilbale, I wouldn't have an issue (NB I don't think it does).

Suddenly, you are worried about dilution. People are normally only worried about dilution if the assets are worth something: your fellow trolls contend that the assets are worth nothing and so what would be the issue about dilution?

Again, this might be a bit subtle for you but even RRR doesn't need 100+ people for one 5 tph wash plant; maybe the plans are now much larger? Maybe Willem's report has influenced what they think is possible? 1m+ Oz is big..... Heavy plant coming from Asia, sounds big to me...
