On Bilbale there is a lot to organise; yellow fever certs, passports, visas, travel arrangements for 23 staff, accommodation, food, chefs, kit, shipping of the kit. There are five work streams. Everything has to arrive at the right time whilst managing costs.

If, when the imported staff turn up things ain't right, they won't stay.

Well Boring is on filter because he is just that, boring. He makes stuff up, which he repeats an nauseum, gets corrected, stops for a few days and then restarts.
