No, what I mean is; he has nothing to say. He tries to pick up on something and make it a big deal. In reality, what he mostly tries to inflate are just normal everyday issues that companies have in the course of business. Then there the other categories of nonsense where just straight out makes things up and bores everyone to death about them.

Anyway, hopefully fairly soon he will be able to afford a couple of weeks of pub lunches.

If you were to read something (perhaps the Elephant Oil S1) you would see it was intended that he would step down sooner rather than later. If the IPO had gone ahead as planned he would have stepped down some time ago.
