Nike, the starting point is the geological structures; controlling fault, dyke, intrusion and that sort of thing. Here we have a dyke and it appears to proceed east to west. The dyke is pregnant with gold; the grades appear to higher as the exploration moves west towards a few RRAL licences.

How far does it extend, well possibly as far west as Berringa. Do we know that? Not yet, to know it the hypothesis has to be tested with some drilling.

As with all these things, you have a model and you work to prove up the model.

What does it mean? Well probably RRAL will be in demand re ASX. If RRAL has more of the dyke than SCG then it should be very hot. RRAL probably can't say that for an IPO but it can for a pre-IPO round.

However, my view (and trolls, my view doesn't mean I am stating a fact) is that we have more gold and cheaper gold at Bilbale and Boulon.

It seems that the comments you have been making about the Sunday Creek dyke extending into our acreage are correct.

Very interesting. If all of that is confirmed and accepted then it gives RRR real issues about valuation for any upcoming IPO: too high and parties walk away, too low and people squeal about being robbed. Consequently, it might slow things down a bit.

The presentation on the website models up t 16 of these doing 5/6 tph for up to 10 hours per day.

PJ's analysis is a standard Sum of the Parts (SOP) calculation; the trolls don't like it. If you wanted to do something similar for RRR you could start with the First Equity report from January 2023 and adjust from there.

SOP used to be standard analysis in takeovers: the buyer would say pay £100mil and would then look to sell a couple of bits of the company to get all or most of its money back and then keep the rest at nil or close to nil cost. To be able to do that you have to be able to do the SOP calculation before the deal.

NB all deals are subject to variation until they become final. Both POW and RRR might want the deal to end up being different.
