News, the usual method is do a deal with a broker, him and his mates come in for a pre-IPO or early funding round and then an IPO or RTO is done. It is not rocket science.

Dukey, you are so right. All conditions have been met or waived as per the agreement. Both parties now have five days to complete: POW deliver the shares and RRR deliver the CLN.

Boring Boy and Dick were in RGM and lost money. Dukey made money in RRR, sold out and then got back in resulting in him losing money.

It is the usual things: it has to be someone else's fault because otherwise they would have to accept it was their fault. They don't want others to make money because that would make them feel worse. They have nothing factual, in particular, Lunch Money Boy.

The last thing they want is a successful RRR, because it would mean they have missed out and it would make AB look good.

The deal goes through or not. I am more than happy that all the "what ifs" about the deal are pointless and that it goes through as is.

What people should be concentrating on is; how much upside is there? If there is upside (and there is) both POW and RRR will do well. IMHO RRR now needs to package it to IPO it.

A BOD that ASX will rate is essential. Anyone in mind?
