Are you still prattling on? There is no valuation issue or nearology. The total valuation, if all conditions are met (20k, 200k JORC) is circa £1.5mil. There is NOTHING in that for nearology re Sunday Creek. The terms were agreed before Sunday Creek made such a big splash. If RRAL has the continuation of Sunday Creek then it is £200mil plus.

Dukey, as I have pointed previously, you and the other trolls have issues with English Comprehension. The RNS has said that all conditions have been met or waived. Fact 1. Now they complete by delivering paperwork: POW the shares and RRR the CLN and warrants. That is it. Fact 2. Now RRR can get on with signing something with an Aussie broker. Surely you are pleased? Let's suppose RRAL raises £500k on a pre-money valuation of £5mil and then lists at a pre-money valuation of £15mil: what is not to like?

Remember, RRR's market cap; RRAL listing at 5/6x the current market has to be good news, surely? Even you should be pleased for Bell!
