Made near my £200m profit, maintained 43.2p divi, returning to growth this year. We should be going back to 800p.

Expecting a good update however I am not leaving this ship until I see 500-600p. This is a great business which growing and SP is record low so expect a rerate in near term.

I am too anticipating a good trading update. Plenty is going for this share. This has been 1000p last year same time with lower revenues so me think at least 2-3 bagger from here.

If Woodford sells, he will have to RNS it. People here are scaremongering for their good. I am holding for a good return in short term. Some big retailers are selling EVE such as Argos, should be good.

Agreed, they sell a good high margin product through omni channel route. Update just came out yesterday that profits will be geared towards H2. IMO it is worth holding for another 6 months for a good return. People here are scaremongering as soon as this go a little bit down. HOLD.

We are just re-rating! Buy buy buy...tomorrow is going to be a good day I reckon. You will not see 10-12p after today!!

I agree with others. A huge overreaction here for a decent business, big forward contracts and no debt. My year end target 250p.

BetterX - That's my point this matter was resolved by RB without INDV's knowledge so it is unlikely INDV will have to pay anything otherwise INDV would have RNS coming out at the same time ans RB if INDV's portion of settlement was material to this matter.

RBTrader - I don't think court was involved. This sounds like an out of court settlement and mind you this is an investigation into RB more than anything as Indivior didn't exist at the time. RB wouldn't want to leave this half open by relying on INDV to pay $200-$300m. That's peanuts to RB. Anyways, it will soon become clear. I am a holder of this hugely cash generative business. GL all.

BetterX - RB RNS states the case is closed and settled, why would INDV still need to pay DoJ? Scratching my head! Portion of RNS as below:

"Under the terms of the agreements, RB will pay a total of up to $1.4 billion to fully resolve all federal investigations into RB in connection with the subject matter of the Indivior indictment and claims relating to state Medicaid programs for those states choosing to participate in the settlement. The resolution will also protect the Group's participation in all U.S. government programmes."

I also wonder how this is trading at 60p!! We should be at least at 90p at cash on the balance sheet value i.e. c.$950m. Litigation is done and dusted + huge guidance uplift....more RNS and good news to come..oh and someone has stupidly left a short position open if you look at short tracker....LOL.

RBTrader - if Indivior was involved in this settlement bill, they would have known and RNS would have been out at the same time as RB. It seems RB has gone and settled and then probably will inform INDV of it. So, my theory is INDV will not have anything to pay. We shall see. INDV RNS is due any time and anything positive will move us in £1+ territory!

Yes, RNS says c.$900m cash on the balance sheet. Current MCap is not even that and the cloud of litigation is gone + revenue/profit guidance is lifted hugely. What's not to like!

I am looking for 500p in near term when first update of the year arrives. Its a great business IMO.

This is all baked in and dividend was kept which is a big plus!

Positive net cash is the deal for me especially in this sector. I bought my third tranche at 186p today and now will hold for all the way to 250p.

I agree, crazy market cap and a rare opportunity to buy gem of a stock that is Costain. I will top up first thing Monday.

Given you are 19 posts-young, I take it you only have one agenda - to bring this stock down.

And by the by - stop talking rubbish. Saying this company has "no assets of any worth" is categorically wrong. Take your out of control views elsewhere.
