Agreed. You just need to read 1st quarter results RNS to find the proof....excerpt taken from the RNS as below:

I think two sets of 72p dividend is public news via RNS. Similar to last year's 68p dividends. In any case current SP is undervalued for a company making sizeable profits!

144p (c.8%) dividend in next 3 months is gotta to be a winner. We should see this go to 2000p IMO.

Uplift in revenue and profit guidance. This is just a start given market volatility. I expect more good news to come in next 6 months and gradual rise to 150 and beyond.

If you are LTH, selling now is suicidal, if you are a day trader take your 10% and move on. Shorters will be taking any shares they can. From their point of view, I do not see why they would want to stay in Kier for longer! All IMO.

Positive results and Kier Living progressing well. Shorts will continue to close. I expect upwards pressure on sp this morning!

It is a high risk reward play. Remember c.10% shares are on loan and if good news is to land...it would take c.7-8 days volume to clear those shorts...sky is the limit in that case!!! With No deal Brexit chances taking massive hit, odds are in favour of good news i.e. Kier Living...any housebuilder would be willing to buy that business. I am holding until yay or nay. IMO.

Big reduction in shorts expected ahead of the results. Just yesterday a big dent was made. I continue to expect a big short squeeze coming in next week or two!!

I am jealous that people have a chance to buy at these levels. My average is 190p and I am all in so will follow this with a keen eye over next few days. In any case, exciting times!

As per most post earlier, this is not a surprise it is long bloody due. We should be 200p before 18 Sept.

c.£20m mcap for a company that is generating c.£100m revenue says it all. We are massively undervalued. end of June we had £17m cash with no debt if I read RNS correctly. My mind boggles when I look at these financials as to why we are here...sp should be somewhere in 500s not 100s. Re-rate big time on the cards IMO.

People are wondering why this is keep rising...that's because MMs brought it down on its knees on lack of news. This is just re-rating to 2p+ before the real news arrives at which point we are looking 8p IMO. Exciting times ahead for LTH. GL all.
