In these difficult times, there will be one entity who will spending money and that's government. We have some huge government contracts so we should be fine.

Tui sp 5% up in Europe on the back of the news. TUI will be fine in long term, they have the muscle to survive and people's need for holidays will never go away!

I am not even bothered to look at AA sp at the minute...It is firmly in my bottom drawer...a medium term hold...will come back in 6 months time to 60p. GL all.

People can say what they like about the future but current reality is everything is grounded with no future.. Not even featuring in govts plans... With more pain to come like 14 days quarantine and a massive rights issue... I wouldn't touch this with a barge pole at the minute... There are much better stocks out there!!! ... GL all.

We need to be in 50p - I am currently building a portfolio of Covid proof stocks. This being one of them. Others are PLUS, IGG, TSCO, DC., COST etc.

Totally agree IP3LY. This one for longer term now. Another long term stock I bought today is AA Plc after their positive results. They are least affected by Covid-19 with lower outgoings due to people staying at home.

Got in at 102p, now will keep it for the long term. Companies like Aviva is not paying divi so expected BT to cancel the divi. What a bargain!

Wizz has lost the plot... Expanding in current market is shooting your own foot!! BA and VA are smart enough to cut 30% of staff but Wizz is in its own bubble expanding... Even as soon as 1 June... Crazy stuff

It appears someone is dumping the stock and PIs are allowing them by buying. PIs will than say uh oh we got stuck and are last in the time to receive nothing...sorry PIs, you deserve it...why on earth would you want to play with travel, leisure and hospitality stocks at this time is beyond me!! Even trading this is like playing with fire.

Gonna be carnage today for travel stock me thinks. BA's Gatwick memo, Ryanair and Heathrow RNSs today paints a totally grim picture for at least 2 years but may be more.

Heathrow and Ryanair both put out RNSs... Really bleak looking future for at least 2 years for travel industry.

There is a talk on IAG board of sp going down to as low as 75p. I feel bad for these companies who gave their all build a business only to be ruined again!!

I do think in long term, DC will be less impacted by the lockdown. The need for buying games/consoles (kids entertainment), work equipment like monitors/laptops, cables (work from home), TVs (Leisure while locked down 24 hours), kitchen equipment (no restaurants opening in next 3 months) is not going away.

Govt furlough schemes and business rate holidays will help with expenses. So I will keep some of DC even it reaches 100p. GL to you in whatever you do.
