I try to be positive on our investment after being here a very long time with the last year being very disappointing. I enjoy having an X account mainly dedicated to Union Jack where I freely comment an also include items that I have researched Union Jack an otherwise. I am grateful to the 30 people who take part in my polls an also I see the many interactions on my posts from my analytics. David does read this board an it is his choice if he acts on my demands or ideas where I often post what has been reported in RNSs against my posts. I have the technical ability to alter images an I know for a fact that George who ran the X account used to find them very funny at times as did David from my messages an phone calls. Some images David told me were offensive but I will not change who I am. I enjoy using my creativity to express my thinking. My family are holders of shares in Union Jack an have been a very long time. Our holding has not changed from the last time I spoke to David an he asked me what it was an we await a decent return after all of our patience. I have respect for the management and what they are doing right now to circumvent what is looking more and more like the total destruction of onshore and offshore oil exploration and production but I want to see more strategy for the share price to hold at least 35p with three dividends awarded per year. This is based on listening to numerous interviews over the years an RNS stating that the future's bright, embarrassment of riches, mid tier company etc etc It is nasty to keep referring to me as insane an now a c#nt by Karina. David knows exactly what I am like an I am not prepared to change. I enjoy my weekends also an get my new puppy this weekend.

A decent dividend for our patience an to attract new investors followed by another one being announced end of this year.

0.70p would be acceptable.

David, you have plenty of money in your war chest an we know full well Biscathorpe will never be drilled. West Newton we hope to see funded this year but will you have to pay for a drill this side of the year, starts to look doubtful. The royalties will be put towards our dividend too plus you have Wressle flowing.

So do not insult us shareholders when you an the board have banked £500,000 an we have been stuck with poor returns for a year now.

You will still drill an extra well this year in the USA or maybe two an you are more than funded for that if you say this USA well is already a major find.

Yeah been bright for his £300,000 a year an then old stingy didnt even award the dividend he promised my family.

You can drill all the holes you like but I want to see the share price at 35p with dividends or my families holdings will be dumped an I am sure I am not the only one here thinking this.

As it goes I think you are a right sucker posting on ADVFN that a dividend was in the mix after you attended the 2023 AGM from the Egdon funds an it never came to fruition, Karina1

Poor show David teasing share holders an not keeping your promise when the share price has still not recovered to the 32p where sat at on the AGM day 2023

That was the LAST buyback on the AGM day.

Despite David's comment of 'The share buy-back and dividend programmes continue' in the pre AGM RNS 14th June everything pretty much stopped. Infact David you have still left shareholders wondering what you will award us for the next dividend after the disappointing 0.30p conveniently announce pre AGM as well. Nothing since !

You say you have a war chest of money but I think you are very poor at awarding shareholders or being strategic with increasing the share price.
