Even in the darkest day's there is light at the end of the tunnel although the light might not what you expect. We are but moments in time and music is the sole of the being.
In darkness we came and into darkness we go, the foot steps we may have left behind maybe followed by other's or disappear into the annals of time.
I came, I saw, I was, I passed over - I was a star child

Look at the under lying thread and the lyrics, the world treads a fine line chaos and stability.

Hello Boy’s
Here’s us girls with a conundrum regarding the recent RNS.
Why flow the 6 well alone for the next month and not both wells?
Can’t handle the water on top sides?
Do we need to see if the 6 well can see the water being produced by the 7z, after all the 6 well has a water cut (minimal)?
or do we have a flow control issue with 7z.
Question?
What is the operating pressure of the topsides, allowing for pressure drops in the pipe line, tubing, hydrostatic head, 30% water cut, drawdown from reservoir to wellbore etc have we a flow control issue with 7z?
At what water cut under natural conditions does 7z stop flowing to the FPSO?
What do they mean by ‘prior well test’. Prior to what the well begin shutin or it falling over due to a water cut that means it can flow? Forget about perched vs conned, water cut is the issue.
A previous thread suggested the VSD was due to be commissioned, which would suggest that the ESP’s will soon be required on at least one well – End Jan?
On a positive note the 7z well is still capable of producing in excess of 12,000 PFLD regardless of water cut so long as the ESP’s can lift the well. Well deliverability is not an issue, water cut is can we handle it, will it decline, what percentage of connected volume (FIP not STOIIP) is water that’s the biggest risk regarding oil in place.
Another niggle is the phrase initial stabilisation period, does this suggest that we are now at a point where by production is limited by matrix fractures ability to flow to the bigger regional fractures (aka similar to secondary porosity in sandstone reservoirs).
Oh! and what do they mean by steady state production, from Feb 2020 as they have not had SSP over the last 6mth as they have been carrying out well tests. Does this mean another 6-9ths. CMD will be interesting :0)
Regardless of the above we have come a long way and we are proud that in our small way we have invested in a company that is pushing the boundaries. If it goes tits up and we lose the lot engineering was not at fault just mother nature.
Here’s hoping for a good new year, 20 20 vision.

November 5th gunpowder treason and plot, what if all the PI's bought a single share at the same time on the same day, what would the market bots do? People power on the net seems to work why can't it work for us? I feel a movement coming on - not that type :0)
Brings to mind Supertramp's Album cover , Crisis? What Crisis?

With Lincoln and Lancaster having different API's and vested interests how are HUR going to offload crude as a mix or is there some way of storing and exporting in separate tanks?
On another subject on Friday no matter how much positive news is in the up date most of it we already know. The real boggy man out there is the aggregate water cut, which implies that both wells are cutting water and that is what mister market will focus on.

No Mention of the PI for the well!

Oh how many times do you need to hit these financial boys with a big stick to get them to understand the potential that we have here. The market readily ploughs cash into the likes of Uber et al with out a second thought but when it comes to nuts, bolts, engineering and earth science it’s to high risk.
Dr T’s curt reply “it’s in the CPR” was a classic. Should have been followed by:
Haven’t you financial boys read the our reports before attending this meeting?
Anyway can any operator in the UKNS point us to any well that is currently capable of producing 16,500bpd (two wells at 33,000bpd) at this moment in time with PI’s to match? No we thought not.
A back of the fag packet (lot’s of assumptions) calculation based on the CMD data points us to a connected volume (oil + Aquifer) of 4B. OK we need 6 - 12 mths production data that will tell us the size and strength of the aquifer and the real original oil in place, but the upside case in our opinion is a given, which may mean Halifax is connected.
OT:
Thanks to ADUK for the Joe ****er link, sorely missed.
Our Ford Transit (bought off gumtree) has made it all the way from Durris to Morzine in less than 24hrs and our youth is biking with his mates in Switzerland, if only we were there (40yrs to late). Scolty and Deeside will have to do.
My sisters and I will not post any links but go find:

My sisters and I seem to have put the washing machine on the rinse and repeat cycle.
The financial system is a bit like the merry go round we used to play on as kids. Get the whole thing spinning, lay down on the foot plate and drop a stick – picked it up dropped it and repeat, if you failed to pick it up you were out. Question is who will be left holding the baby?
It’s about the journey and not the destination (Walk About -JA!).
With that in mind our youngest got us to agree to buy a 12yr old Ford Transit panel van so he can hike it with his mountain bikes to Morzine all the way from Deeside. A road trip or in his words, ‘the plan is to put some miles on the van’.
Oh to be young care free and single.
As an aside Bitter & Twisted is not only a good draft but a good description of how the WWW works.
