ROCK,
I see you are talking about this
(ii) a further US$1.6 million investment will be made by VBR only through the issue of convertible loan notes ("CLN"), following the completion of certain legal formalities together with a formal legal confirmation. A further 12,769,558 Shares would be issued to VBR at the Issue Price when the notes are converted
I am not getting exciting about that to be honest , as this money is being spent on the pilot plant which has now lost its appeal as a bigger story could unfold after the BFS as funding is secure, for medium term .
If the pilot plant can become cash flow positive at some point , then can support the share price . But I feel they are keeping the plant running to retain the staff, experience and skills attained for the bigger project .
I am more interested to know what this is exactly and when is this receipt expected ?
Up to US$7.0m within a 3 month period following the later of the receipt of certain consents in Kazakhstan and Admission ("Further Investment").
Any idea
