Interestingly VB value the Co at $150m at 25p post coming dilutions and after BFS has completed , and if financing is triggered to build the main plant .

Every 6 months , we should be able to see upto date holdings . In this way if say for example Canccord has sold 10m leading
Upto this disclosure date , It will show up .
This idea of only have disclose when breaching or reaching a threshold is useless when these institutions are holding hundreds of millions . We should be able to see live data on this now with the technology we have or am I barking up the wrong tree here

Thing is when an institution is holding 100s of millions of shares , several million to them
Will make little different to them , and can sell enough without having to report to the market
Obviously a PI would be under reporting thresholds anyway .( 99.9% of the time )

I agree is pilot plant has merit because of the staff and skills. But it was before VB came along so not much he can do about it, but Sir Mick is clearly now only interested in the BFS now and the pilot plant is a side show for NB to manage it to justify his salary. Once the construction for the main plant is underway, NB will be gone and so will the pilot plant is its current form.

ARC furnance was to not always 6 months away, it was H1 this year, but the everything has been delayed and actually timescales quoted by NB were exaggerated. But ppl hanged on his every word at the time.
The thing is the plant for the main asset will be a new different and bigger than the pilot plant.
Is it worth expanding the pilot plant, it is just to retain current trained staff .
Vision Blue openly admit the 95% NPV will be production from the the main asset.

Half way through expanding plant...blimey, so the electric furnance is taking many months longer than alluded to..6 months away
Looks like the by products are also depending on the electric furnace
So the positive cashflow we are expecting just is not going to happen this year either, this explains $10.1M needed now.
BFS will only prove the NPV of the asset, this is when more investors will buy in on completion.
I do see sub 30p coming again at some point

you are right, but I wonder whether the dilution part of financing is known and the strike price has been already agreed and this is weighing it down.
Def someone slicing profits, who bought lower or an Institution from a fund raising much lower.
We would expect the funding to be higher than the last one ..but it is a bigger fund raising this time

I wish HZM were already fully in construction to be honest
