Any risk to Helium relating to the Nu virus spreading in South African ?

I will be expecting institutions to start buying in after general meeting if not before that
We should start follow the lifecycle curve mentioned earlier over the next few months
All being the market behaves itself

Has anyone read any ifftsjr agreements at a fixed price , or are seeing market prices as a normal ?
I would gave much preferred a fixed price for a certain period which guarantees the early years
But that might have come at a discount not agreeable

This is my problem . If it is to be market price then say it . Otherwise it is open to question
No more assumptions or speculating , to me this makes a big difference to future cash-flow and net payback as well
10 years is a long time , so need some certain figures , even it is market price .

I see we have moved onto to speculate the offtake Nickel figures. I hope we will not be disappointed

I am annoyed this offtake has been left out of the RNS. It is an important figure to help calculate possible revenues and profits that will be guaranteed for the next 10 years. I think if this is as higher as at least 20k, it will be a big relief considering the funding figures has surprised all of us. It will mean it will be above the figures set out in the BFS.
If it comes nearer 16K, then I will be ****ed for sure. We need this offset the unexpected parts of the funding news

I hoping this will be the catalyst for the share price too and hope there is a good reason to holding it back.

So approx $250m market cap and $650m in the bank post funding
Have to wait for it to pass GM next month to be see double figures (10p+)
In the meantime MMs will churn out excess shares and sellers /buyers before we see that

We have to be realistic , there is cost of $100m overruns included here, this potentially means delay in timelines .Personally I would factor in 6-12 months on top of current targets not to be disappointed
If it is all track, then will be happier ppl as cost of overruns is saved , and all met within budget .

No like to critique themselves most of the time , so timeframes change .

It is going to be long haul yet , and timescales can slip to achieve production startup .

Yes it is an enormous fund raising , but there is little appreciation of the 2 world assets !
I see another project I am following , funding agreed 8 times above market price in advance

I expect payback to be around 2 - 2.5 years at current Nickel prices

Well much of the speculation of the Fund raising has not quite fitted in with expectations
Need to stop speculating what will happen, no one knows until the market opens and then in coming weeks / months ahead.

I do expect double figures once cash in the bank is confirmed though
