CLN equates to 16m+ shares to issue , so what is the problem here ?

We know all about the potential in a year down the line. But tell how are they going to fund it?
As said below recent raise was to bring coal into production to sell not stockpile (no cashflow), nor waiting for coke ovens to come on stream in a years time.

As you have also pointed out no headroom to issue shares for the CLN, pushed down the road for another 6 months, but that does change the fact, they cannot issue more shares.
So there has to be an EGM to allot an increase in shares, nothing scary , seen this happens in other listed companies.
But you find if the Co believes it will require more cash later, it tends to increase the share increase quite a bit more for any future cash raise .

Reg - stop being naive, this is not about crystal balls.
Myself and many have seen these type of outcome pan out before.
It is not new or shocking process.

The company needs to come clean now on its new plans for the next 12 months
I do not trust this CEO yet - his track record is not great, so he needs to pull his finger out.
