RE: Share price18 Nov 2017 18:30
I have to declare I am a rare breed, actually made money out of RRR in Q1, traded on the hype of the Jupiter stake being worth 10m+ something it MIGHT have been worth. Andrew Bell was promoting it in various presentations at the start of the year north of 10m.
At that time Bell was on record he would not issue shares, something every investor wants to hear, he kept his word on that until it became apparent that the Jupiter liquidity event was not going to happen as expected.
Since then Bell has taken on USD 3.8m loan from Yorkville for the Steelmin deal, supposed to have been re-paid by Steelmin early but no, so RRR keeps getting 1% more of Steelmin a month. But what if Steelmin default? Messy indeed.
Bell is now contemplating a acquisition in the Congo where he wants to issue 75m shares at .65p + various cash commitments of USD 2m + issue 125m of warrants at 1p to acquire 26% of a copper/cobalt project.
He is now issuing UKP 1m of convertible notes at .80p, with warrants of 1.4p attached
From no dilution to dilution central, in various forms, not to mention a rather worrying level of debt.
Now Mr Gyllenhammer dumping 50m shares.
Glad I sold.
