Readers/Investors should think VERY carefully about acting on 'advice' or predictions made by de-rampers, it is a known fact that a large majority posting on bulletin boards are either brokers or market makers who are acting in their own interests. As for today's RNS, what is in it we did not already know when the share price was significantly higher. Volumes in XTR on the way down have been exceptionally low and one should take note of this as it works both ways! DYOR etc

At the shareholder meeting in March Carver said there had been new partner interest (before the SR) my guess is they would prefer something like this. At UK Investor Colin seemed very positive about the SR also. I think they know there will be a positive outcome IMO. What people forget is the size of the gas reserves, looking at short term issues (like PG11a) will have no effect on the long term value. It is unlikely IMO that they will accept less than �60m for their stake. I have sound grounds for saying this! DYOR etc

The above company was a powerhouse in the country around the time Kibo was listed, the President is the renowned Jim Sinclair. This interview is well worth a listen, a Q&A from their AGM, Shareholder value has been decimated to such an extent that Jim Sinclair is now having to live with a family member and the company has had to sell of all of their properties, he even describes how former employee's (and even executives) had defrauded the company and mentions in detail the forcefulness of President Magufili. In a nutshell what Magufili says goes, not a force to be argued with, he is most definitely working for the country of Tanzania. This may explain the difficulties LC is having to get the MCPP over the line. Colin clearly said at the UK Investor Show there would be an RNS the market would like but would obviously not elaborate. I recall at the time the discussion was focused on the hard rock mine so one wonders if this 'likeable' RNS would be related to that. My view concerning the alluvials was that Colin was loosing patience with Moz Gold but also continually referred to the rains so perhaps he was prepared to give them more time. I await the next RNS keenly and have added to my holding recently.

For what it is worth I have been buying ever since the production RNS on the strength of meeting Colin Bird at UK Investor Show. How could anyone expect alluvial revenues to be great in the face of the worst rains ever at Manica, revenues can only get better from here with many many months of good weather ahead. Also convinced there will be a major announcement concerning the main project, the hard rock mine, very shortly. The shares are oversold and present good value IMO.

Let's face it folks lots of short term traders and weak holders have left the party since the RNS but therein lies an opportunity. We all know how sentiment can turn in a flash and also know how the market makers take a price down further than justified to fleece investors. I bet you shrewd folk have been buying and/or adding to their positions, it does seem more news is expected. I expect it will go something like this, it will become harder to buy at current levels, the price will start to rise and folks that have departed will rejoin in the rally ahead of news. I would not be surprised if we end the week closer to 2.5p than 2p DYOR etc

Still sellers pouncing on the slightest up move, OK the volume has dropped off but nonetheless it does not stop the dumping. When will the buyers get the upper hand one wonders, this company was No1 on the charts a few years ago now hardly any interest and communications, let alone news-flow seems non existent.

Those belittling the alluvial income need to take a reality check, it started at the worse possible time - WINTER - the rainy season in Moz, further they were setting up plant which, again, can be telling. Colin Bird should have lowered expectations IMO, suggesting to market that the best revenues will come in Q2 & Q3. Unfortunately you need to treat the market like an idiot at times, anyone with mining nous will understand the problems associated with heavy rains. It is obvious that with better weather ahead revenues will ramp up. CB said last week he expects the alluvial's will remain profitable, there will be average, good, exceptional months he suggested. It is rather interesting that the folk who spoke to the Co last Saturday are far more upbeat than those that did not, Colin Bird is a gritty northerner he says it as it is, he says he has imminent plans/talks for the hard rock, that is enough for me.

I had a chat with Colin Bird at the XTR stand and was surprised how open and honest he was about affairs, I concluded that something significant is about to be announced concerning the main Manica project. On the alluvial's he told me that the contractors were hamstrung by excessively heavy rains in Q1 and expected production to pick up with better weather for many months ahead. He said there were many contractors happy to work the near surface dumps and suggested they were looking at some technology to define the more gold rich areas. Replacing Omnia will not be an issue. Most interesting was he said he was travelling imminently on XTR business, this statement occurred discussing the hard rock mine. Others seem to have reported/posted about his comments, also mentioning potential conversations with a third party company(s) of some scale. I think the drop on Friday was overdone, no doubt many panicked and the market makers took full advantage. I think I will be buying as many as I can tomorrow, I can see this returning to post panic levels of 2.7p+ PDQ If he secures/announces a free ride deal on the hard rock with a reputable outfit (as I suspect) the market will re-rate, with 350m shares issued at 5p would equate to �20m m/cap, not unreasonable at all.

Interesting news today, reverse takeover but into what sector and with whom? With 5m Euros in the bank I thought this may appeal to someone, note there have been many expressions of interest to reverse into ZMNO but so far nothing has satisfied the BOD that it would add value beyond the circa 4.3p cash distribution. If it is into a 'glam' sector it could return shareholders more than they bargained for. Happy to have held on, so far at least!

I asked where people thought the selling was coming from and someone posted there were about 170m in issue when Metal Tiger was listed and that there are now over 1 billion shares. I think the poster said that most of the placings came with warrants so, with respect, the critical comment made by one person after my post seems out of order because surely there are people that have converted warrants well under 1.5p or even 1p historically. I am trying to decide whether to buy in here or will my buy simply line the pockets of historic warrant holders who want out, perhaps they really do not see where any upside can come from in the near term. I think there were also tens of millions of shares given to some entities when Metal Tiger were buying projects, I doubt these people can be deemed long termers either.

So it seems there have been tons of cheap warrants issued to all and sundry over the last 2 years and these guys are selling is that what people are saying. There are loads of projects on AIM that are deemed 'world class' where juniors hold minority stakes, the only real way of getting the value transferred to the share price is for the junior to sell the stake or the whole project is sold to a major, it takes 5-7 years to bring early stage projects to production, not to mention the 100's of millions of Dollars required to fund it. I thought Metal Tiger were more aggressive towards share price appreciation, under the old regime there was an RNS every day and presentations all over the City, the share price run up to 6p I think. What has changed, this BOD seem uninterested in the share price, no wonder the price is stagnant, I am of two minds whether to buy or not. It needs something to kick start interest.

I met a very angry chap at UK Investor he was making a bee-line for Andrew Bell, the fellow had lost a lot of money apparently, he reckoned the Rosa 'deal' was a pump & dump and said he would never ever invest in a Bell Co again. Nothing seems to change on AIM so many disillusioned folk nursing burnt wallets.

I have been watching this for some time and what I cannot understand are the continued and seemingly never ending selling that occurs as soon as there is even the remotest move in the bid price. Frankly this has been a pretty lousy investment since Paul Johnson and his followers moved on to pastures new, the shares once traded north of 5p and now struggle to break 2.5p for a very long time. Has anyone got any idea who is dumping all this stock? Is it bored ex holders or is it entities Metal Tiger offered them shares to acquire projects?

Sentiment swings in one direction to another with all things related to Kibo Mining, it has always been this way over the years. I think the 'problem' is ministry officers are afraid to make decisions unless they are officially backed by President Magufuli, this makes LC's job exceptionally hard. In essence they are scared to make the wrong move. I was unaware that currently Tanzania is undergoing an economic downturn, this cannot help the situation either. Recent news releases from Intra Energy (who have been in Tanzania for an age) suggest that recent law changes make funding large capital projects more difficult and they have also been struggling to sell their coal in the country as demand is lower than expected. When investing it is often wise to look at how other companies are doing Intra is almost a clone of Kibo. I have no idea how this will go, it is on a knife edge IMO, historically news delays are not a good sign, my bet is there will be another delay with new meetings proposed etc etc. DYOR
